Цели:

социокультурный аспект- знакомство с традициями в Великобритании (празднование Рождества).

развивающий аспект - развитие способности к обобщению при формулировании грамматического материала.

учeбный аспект - совершенствование грамматических навыков (Present Progressive).

Ход урока

1Начало урока

Hello! Glad to see you. How are you?

2Речевая подготовка

Today is the 18^th of December. It is winter. Do you like winter? Why?

3Yes, winter is wonderful! Have a look!

The snow is falling

The wind is blowing

The snowflakes are dancing

And we are smiling. So, is falling …

-What do you think we are going to do at the lessons today?

-Yes, we are going to use the form of Present Progressive in our talk.

4.When it is cold we usually stay at home like Mr. Wooding and his family.

1)Open your books at page 67. Look at the picture and say what every member of the family doing. /pupis's answers/

2) We have got two more characters Jim and Katya/. Listen to their talk and then say what Katya and Jim are doing .

8. Ребята, скоро в Британии все жители будут праздновать Рождество. Вы знаете, когда? Это самый любимый праздник, и они к нему готовятся заранее. Хотите подсмотреть, что Mr. Wooding и его семья сейчас делают? У меня есть волшебная подзорная труба /spy eye/ , они есть и у вас на столах . Давайте посмотрим.

Мы все хотим, чтобы Новый Год был снежным, поэтому возьмите эти волшебные снежинки под подушку и говорите: Winter, winter! Come with snow…
