Конспект урока 8 класс по теме:

Активизация лексико-грамматического материала по теме: «Is your English good enough?»

Цель: систематизация знаний, умений и навыков по теме «Иностранный язык в твоей жизне».

Задачи:

  1. развивать коммуникативные способности и навыки устной речи, произносительные навыки и умения, развивать познавательный интерес, развивать способности к логическому мышлению и речевую догадку;

  2. активизировать и закрепить лексико-грамматические навыки и умения, формировать коммуникативную культуру учащихся, развивать все речевые умения и навыки;

  3. воспитать любовь и уважение к изучаемому языку, формировать потребность понимать истинные причины популярности английского языка.

Оснащение урока: компьютер, мультимедийный экран, проектор, рабочие листы, карточки для индивидуальной работы, презентация.

  1. Организация урока.

Т: Good Morning, girls and boys! I'm glad to see you today! Today we have guests. You should be more attentive and serious. On our lesson today we'll speak about English.(слайд 1) You know that it's important to learn foreign languages and especially English! The objectives of our lesson are (слайд 2):

  • to generalize our knowledge on this question;

  • to get to know with something new for us;

  • to practice vocabulary and grammar studied in this module;

  • to check and consolidate speaking, reading and writing skills.

  1. Фонетическая зарядка.

Т: We'll begin the lesson from training of our pronunciation. Now listen to me (слайд 3):

When the English tongue we speak,

Why is BREAK not rhymed with WEAK?

Will you tell me why it's true,

We say SEW, but likewise FEW?

And the maker of a verse

Can't rhyme his HORSE and WORSE.

CORD is different from WORD.

COW is COW, but LOW is LOW,

SHOE is never rhymed with TOE.

Wherefore DONE, but GONE and LONE.

Is there any reason known?

And in short it seems to me

Sound and letters disagree.

T: Will you repeat this poem?

  1. Речевая зарядка.

T: Well, Good for you!!! So, as I said we'll speak about English. Now some of you I'll give the cards. You will do the task in your copy-books. Another of you, let's discuss these questions (слайд 4):

  1. Why do we learn English?

  2. Is English important for you?

  3. Is it more interesting to listen to songs that you don't understand?

  4. Would you like to visit English-speaking countries?

  5. What are you doing for learning English?

T: Ok, give me your cards and I'll check your tasks at the end of the lesson.

T: You said it's important to learn English. But how should we study English? Look at the next slide (слайд 5).

The easiest way to learn a foreign language is:

  • to have a good textbook;

  • to have a good teacher;

  • to go to an English - speaking country;

  • to have an English - speaking pen friend;

  • to chat on the Internet;

  • to phone your friends abroad;

  • to read English books and youth magazines;

  • to read labels and instructions on everything you buy;

  • to watch videos and films in English;

  • to listen to the radio and TV musical programmes.

  1. Лексическая игра на ассоциации «Снежный ком».

Т: Let's play the game. There is a word ENGLISH on the blackboard. (слайд 6) Make up your own associations with this word. Try to explain your answer.

  1. Введение грамматического материала и тренировка на упражнениях.

Т: Сегодня мы познакомимся с некоторыми английскими наречиями и рассмотрим их место в английском предложении. Посмотрите на следующий слайд (слайд 7).

Т: Употребление наречий too и enough.

Наречие too (также, тоже) ставится в конце предложения.

Example: I shall be there too.

Тоо со значением слишком ставится перед словом, которое оно определяет:

Example: There are too many mistakes in your homework.

Наречие enough (достаточно) стоит после прилагательного или наречия, а также после глаголов:

Example: My coat is warm enough.

You know English well enough to read this book.

He does not work enough.

Т: Now, open your books on the page 93 and look through the rule once more.

T: Let's do ex. 1. Translate the sentences into Russian. Pay attention to the word order. Work one by one.

T: Well done. Ex. 2 on the page 93. Complete the sentences. Chose the correct place for the word enough.

(T: Do the next exercise 3 in written form. Fill in the gaps with too or enough. Pay attention to the place of enough in the sentence.)

  1. Объяснение домашнего задания.

T: Open your diaries and write down your homework: Ex. 3 p. 94, Ex.4 p.94 and learn by heart the rule.

  1. Итоги урока.

T: You worked very good today. Your marks are… the lesson is over see you next time.
