The meeting of the Editorial Board of the newspaper «Green Light».

Я рада приветствовать наших гостей, коллег и учеников на нашей встрече. Я думаю, мы все готовы к работе. В нашей школе выпускается газета на английском языке «Green Light». Сегодня мы проведем необыкновенное заседание редколлегии этой газеты. К нам пришли малыши 3 класса. Мы знаем, что они проделали очень большую работу. Они нам расскажут, как подготовили к выпуску свою собственную газету «Sun Ray». Она тоже на английском языке и мы просим ребят на заседании говорить только на этом языке.

I. Этап мотивации.

Жуганов Дмитрий (главный редактор ):

Good morning. Glad to see you. Today we got together to meet a new Editorial Board. I'd like to introduce you the second Editor- in -Chief and her team. Lelekova Anastasiya is the Editor- in-Chief, Andreeva Diana is her Deputy. Timofeeva Violetta and Solopenko Alexander are the reporters. They tried to create the mini-newspaper "Sun Ray" for younger pupils. Let's listen to them!

Лелекова Анастасия:

Students of our school have created the newspaper "Green Light". It has much information written in English. There are a lot of good photos, nice illustrations and interesting articles. But most of Primаry schoolchildren can't understand all this information.

Андреева Диана:

We carried out a survey among our Primary school pupils. This survey backed the idea of school mini-newspaper for younger readers. We asked some questions:

Do you read any newspapers?

Do you read any newspapers or magazines in English?

Would you like to have the newspaper only for younger readers?

Would you write for the school newspaper?

Тимофеева Виолетта:

I'd like to tell you about the results of this survey. 120 pupils answered our questions. Nobody reads papers in English. 85 children don't read newspapers. 65 of them would like to be correspondents.

Солопенко Саша:

We wrote a project about our pets. Then we carried out a survey among the younger pupils. 120 children answered our questions. According to the results of the questionnaire all children have pets. 58% have cats.

33% have dogs.

5% have parrots.

3% have tortoises.

Лелекова Анастасия:

Now we can show you our 1'st issue of mini-newspaper «Sun Ray». It's ready. Please, help to print it!

Шелеповский Виталий:

I think we should see this new issue! (Дима берет у Насти флешку и все смотрят новый выпуск газеты. В ней не хватает одной статьи).

Why is there a big gap in your newspaper?

Жуганов Дима:

Who has got any ideas about this problem?

Ныныч Максим:

Who has got any ready articles?

Охременко Вадим:

Let's help our young friends to wright the necessary article!

Учитель: What do you think about the topic of this newspaper?

Охрименко Вадим: This newspaper is about films, hobbies, cartoons, fairy tales, riddles.

Учитель: Is it our work, school activities? What is it?

Ныныч Максим: It's our free time.

What do you think about the topic of our meeting?

(Предполагаемые ответы: …….. «Free time» / Hobby/ We help our friends/ Writing an article for an English newspaper).

Учитель:

You have decided to write an article. But you should write a good article. What shall we do for it? (Предполагаемые ответы:…..Remember words/remember grammar/write an article)

Учитель: I agree with your plan. Let's divide into groups! Now, choose the tutor of your group!

II. Этап актуализации и фиксирования индивидуального затруднения в пробном учебном действии.

1(Учитель раздает отдельные разрезанные кусочки бумаги. На них первое задание для групп. Группы сформируются в то время, когда они соберут правильные геометрические фигуры. На них они прочитают задание).

I группа - Make-up the Mind-map «Present Simple».

II группа - Fill in the «Basket of Ideas» on the topic «Present Simple».

(Младшие школьники тоже рисуют интеллектуальную карту на ватмане).

Учитель:

You have only 4-5 minutes.

Your time is up. Let's check up your task!

Дети меняются выполненными работами среди двух групп и проверяют работу по ключам. Выставляют баллы в оценочных листах.

Учитель:

(Раздает карточки для заполнения)

2 Now we should remember «Word Order». Fill in these cards, please!

You have only 1 minute.

(Раздает ключи). Don't forget to check up your «Cards of success», please!

Учитель: 3 Let's remember new words on the topic « Free Time»! Write them! You have 2-3minutes.

(Раздает карточки, на которых дети пишут новые слова). Они получают ключи и оценивают свои знания взаимопроверкой.

Change your cards and check up your work! Have you got any mistakes?

4 Учитель: Now, you should choose the correct items. (Раздает карточки, затем ключи). Check up your sentences, please!

III. Этап закрепления с проговаривание во внешней речи.

Работа по карточкам. Ребята пишут упражнение и объясняют каждое предложение, проговаривая вслух выполненные шаги и их обоснование.

IV. Этап включения изученного в систему знаний.

Учитель: Are you ready to write an article? Our topic is free time. You can write about books, sports, reading, collecting, computer games, watching TV etc.

You'll work in pairs. You have only 8-10 minutes.

(Ученики начинают печатать свои статьи на ноутбуках).

Учитель: At the end of our lesson we shall listen to your articles.

(Ребята читают все напечатанные статьи). Они выбирают лучшую.

Whose article is the best? And we should give this text for filling in the gap.

(Sergey will decide whose article is the best for the gap in children's newspaper).

V. Этап рефлексии учебной деятельности на занятии.

Учитель: Have we coped with all our work?

Жуганов Дима: I think we've solved our problem.

Учитель: What have we learned to do during the lesson?

Юрьева Аня: Write an article.

Учитель: Now, give me your Students' Check Forms, please! Collect all your cards, please!

Have you good marks? Who has 5? Who has 4?

And now write down your homework. «Alice's Adventure in Wonderland». Episode 9.

And now I'd like to know if you are in good mood. Put your ships next to these islands, please. (Ученики размещают свои «кораблики» около «островов настроения» на плакате.
