Контроль навыка говорения (монологическая речь) по английскому языку в 5 классе

Говорение – продуктивный вид деятельности, посредством которого (совместно с аудированием) осуществляется устное вербальное общение. Содержанием говорения является выражение мыслей в устной форме. Продуктом говорения является речевое действие. В прикрепленном файле представлены задания для проведения контроля навыков по говорению (монологическая речь) учащихся 5 класс, обучающихся по учебнику О.В.Афанасьевой, И.В.Михеевой «English V». Задания можно использовать как в течение учебного года в ходе изучения отдельных тем, так и как итоговый контроль навыков устной речи в конце года. Каждое задание устной части (монолог) состоит из следующих материалов: - карточка учащегося для задания; - карточка учителя для задания. Содержание карточки учителя находится в строгом соответствии с заданием, представленным на карточке учащегося. Это позволяет спланировать речевое взаимодействие таким образом, что оно могло обеспечить проверку тех умений, которые предполагается оценить. Кроме того, это обеспечивает равенство требований, предъявляемых к учащимся. (монологическая речь)

Конечной целью обучения устной речи является выработка у учащихся умений неподготовленной спонтанной речи в рамках тем и ситуаций, предложенных в стандартах и примерных программах.

Говорение - продуктивный вид деятельности, посредством которого (совместно с аудированием) осуществляется устное вербальное общение. Содержанием говорения является выражение мыслей в устной форме. Продуктом говорения является речевое действие.

Умения, проверяемые в устной речи:

- строить развернутое высказывание в контексте коммуникативной задачи и в заданном объеме;

- запрашивать необходимую информацию;

- аргументировать свою точку зрения;

- делать выводы;

- строить устное высказывание логично и связно;

- использовать различные стратегии: описания, рассуждения, сообщения, повествования;

- соблюдать правила организации устного текста;

- употреблять языковые средства оформления устного высказывания точно и правильно и т.д.

Стратегия выполнения задания по говорению (тематическое монологическое высказывание):

- внимательно читать текст задания, обращая внимание на выделяемые элементы содержания и ограничители (пункты плана) и объем монолога (время);

- раскрывать содержание всех пунктов;

- строить высказывание в соответствии с данным планом;

- при планировании монологического высказывания сначала продумать ключевые фразы каждого пункта;

- начать с общего представления темы;

- давать развернутую аргументацию, если в пункте есть «Why»;

- стараться не давать избыточную информацию, которая не обозначена в пунктах.

Ниже представлены задания для проведения контроля навыков по говорению (монологическая речь) учащихся 5 класс, обучающихся по учебнику О.В.Афанасьевой, И.В.Михеевой «English V». Задания можно использовать как в течение учебного года в ходе изучения отдельных тем, так и как итоговый контроль навыков устной речи в конце года.

Каждое задание устной части (монолог) состоит из следующих материалов:

- карточка учащегося для задания;

- карточка учителя для задания.

Содержание карточки учителя находится в строгом соответствии с заданием, представленным на карточке учащегося. Это позволяет спланировать речевое взаимодействие таким образом, что оно могло обеспечить проверку тех умений, которые предполагается оценить. Кроме того, это обеспечивает равенство требований, предъявляемых к учащимся. Критериями оценивания монологического высказывания учащихся целесообразно было бы считать критерии для оценивания устной части раздела «Говорение» (монолог) экзамена по английскому языку в 9 классе.





STUDENT CARD 1

Give a talk about continents

Remember to say:

  • What continents there are in the world

  • What you know about continents

  • Whether there are a lot of countries on each continent, why/why not

You have to talk for 1.5-2 minutes. The teacher will listen until you have finished. Then she/he will ask you some questions.

TEACHER CARD 1

Let the student talk for 1.5-2 minutes.

Ask only those questions which the student has not covered while giving his/her talk.

  1. What continents are there in the world?

  2. What do you know about continents? What countries are there on them?

  3. Are there a lot of countries on each continent?

All these topics must be covered.

Finally, you must ask each student the following question:

  1. What is the name of the planet we live on?

  2. What continent would you like to go to? Why?

  • speak at length elaborating on a topic

  • produce coherent utterances

  • give reasons

  • use appropriate grammar and a good range of vocabulary

STUDENT CARD 2

Give a talk about countries

  • Whether each country has its symbols, name them
