Конспект урока в 7 классе на тему

«Ecology. Save the Earth.»

Учитель: Ковальская Н. И.

Цель урока: развитие коммуникативной компетенции.

Задачи:

а) образовательные: ознакомить с новой лексикой по теме «Экология», совершенствовать навыки чтения текста с извлечением основной информации, навыки говорения, аудирования;

б) развивающие: развивать логическое мышление, память, умения логически излагать содержание прочитанного, познавательный интерес, способности осмысливать информационный материал;

в) воспитательные: формировать ответственное отношение к природе; воспитывать грамотное экологическое поведение; поддерживать интерес к процессу обучения, совершенствовать навыки сотрудничества и коммуникации.

Оснащение: учебник "Spotlight" для 7 класса (авторы: Ваулина Ю.Е., Дули Д, Подоляко О. Е., Эванс В); презентация, магнитофон.

Тип урока: урок изучения нового материала.

Формы работы: индивидуальная, фронтальная, парная, групповая.

ХОД УРОКА

I. ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННЫЙ МОМЕНТ

Приветствие. Лозунг урока.

The Moto: We all need to work together to stop this problem before it's too late.

Т. Good morning, boys and girls! How are you getting on? I'm glad to see you! You may take your places. What date is it today? What day of the week is it today? Who isn't present today? Why?

(Students answer the questions.)

The theme of our lesson today is "Ecology. Save the Earth". The problem of the environment became one of the most important problems all over the world. What can we do with the global situation in ecology? We must think over and try to suggest how we can help and change the situation. That's why we'll try to discuss some environmental problems.

II. ОСНОВНАЯ ЧАСТЬ УРОКА



  1. Лексическая работа

Т. Let's begin with the vocabulary practice. Look at the blackboard and try to read transcriptions of the words and translate them.

(Презентация. Слайд 1. There are 21 words. Students read transcriptions one by one and give Russian equivalents.)

  1. T. Open your book at page 76, ex. 1. Which of the following can you see in the picture?

(Pupils' answers)



  1. a) Look at the pictures again and the headings in the text on page 77. Can you explain the problem? (развитие умений прогнозировать содержание текста по подзаголовкам, развитие умений монологической речи). Групповая работа.

e.g. Factories and power stations burn coal, cars burn petrol and emit toxic fumes. This causes air pollution and acid rain. Acid rain falls on the earth, seas, rivers, etc. causing water and soil pollution. A lot of fish and plant species are dying.

b) Самостоятельная работа. Read carefully and fill in the blanks with the best word A, B or C. Listen and check. (развитие умений изучающего чтения, языковой догадки).

Then answer the questions: (развитие умения делать краткое сообщение по темам)

  1. What is the beginning of the problems?

  2. How does it happen that acid rain appears?

  3. What is the process of water and soil pollutions?

  4. What are the possible perspectives in this problem?

  1. Listen to the sounds. Match the people to what they have been doing. Then complete in the sentences. (развитие навыков распознавания и употребления в речи времени Present Perfect Continuous, развитие умений аудирования с выборочным пониманием информации). Работа в парах.

  3. I never throw them away -1 use them to make other things.

5) Your favourite kind of transport is:

  2. a bioycle

  3. your feet: you walk everywhere.

Add up your points!

Score 1 for every a answer, 2 for every b answer, 3 for every c answer.
