The theme of the lesson: Buying clothes

The aims of the Lesson:

-to revise lexical material, to teach pupils speak about clothes

-to develop speaking on the theme "clothes",dialogue and writing habits

-to bring up pupils interests in English, to enlarge pupils' vocabulary.

Type of the lesson: Mixed lesson using the games.

Methods of the lesson:group work, question-answer, wordserch.

Visual aids: new words ,cards,computer, pictures,toys, clothes, crossword.

Prosedure of the lesson.

I.Organization moment. A ) greeting

Good morning children!

Good morning, good morning . We are glad to see you.

I am glad to see you too. Sit down please. Who is on duty today? Who is absent today?

What was your home task for today? (pupils: Ex.14 p.114)

II. Checking the home task.

Now let's check your home task. Some pupils repeat last new words, others answer the questions.

III. Warm-up: Phonetic drill.Read and do.

Stand up! Put your hands up.

Put your hands on your head.

Put your hands down.

IV.Let's play a game named "lost words".

Find the English words as quickly as you can.(foods and drinks)

V. Explaination of new material.

Let's begin our lesson.Today's our theme is "Buying clothes".

Today we'll be talking about the clothes that we're wearing. We'll also be describing the clothes that other people are wearing.

So come on and join our class!

VI.Giving the new words.

We're going to learn the names of some of the clothes we wear. We'll start with this picture.

We are going to start with skirt. A girls wear a skirt. Now I will give it to you and say the world. You take it, give it to your neighbor and say the word.

Grammar. Present continuous

Form : to be+ V+ing I am wearing. He ,she, it is wearing. You ,we,they are wearing.

look at this picture. What is she wearing? Rise your hand.

She is wearing a shirt. She is wearing pants. So she is wearing pants and shirt.

Let's look at this fellow. What is he wearing?

So form the top. A hat,a shirt, pants and shoes. Very good.

VII.Consolidation.
