Teachers
Teacher must be polite, friendly, intelligent, fair, give no homework for weekends.
Teacher mustn't give too much homework.
Teachers have no right to be late for class.
Teachers have the right to tell jokes.
Teacher should not invite parents to the school, but talk to pupils about any problems.
Pupils
Pupils must respect their parents and teachers, obey them. They must do homework. 
Pupils mustn't tell lies, fight.
Pupils have no right to call each other name. 
Pupils have the right to do some sport every day.
Pupils have the right to choose necessary subject for further studying at high school.
Pupils should smile, dance and sing during the breaks.
Parents
Parents must take care about their children (food, clothes, money). They must help them with homework, help solve their children's problems. They must be generous, handy, easy-going.
Parents mustn't drink and take drugs.
Parents have the right to know everything about their children (interests, friends, hobbies).
Parents have no right to beat their children.
Parents should listen to their children's opinion, share household chores, give some pocket money.
