1 Introduction

Each region is famous for its well-known personalities, writers, poets, artists and musicians. Not only do they glorify the beauty of his homeland in their works, but also left a deep trace in the history of his people, as well as give a rich heritage to future generations. This research is devoted to one of the well-known figures of our time our fellow countryman the writer-poet Fakil Safin .( Application 1).

The object of study are his poems and works for children.

The subject of our work is that information which are his works, their basic theme.

The aim of this study is to demonstrate the importance of the contribution of the Fakil Safin for the development of children's creativity.

To achieve this goal, it was necessary to solve several tasks:

• Pick up a certain number of poems for children

• to translate into English a few poems.

• Identify the age, the main reasons for the writing of these poems.

• To compile the data and come to a certain conclusion.

The work was carried out in phases:

• In the preparatory phase has been the main information work.

• The second phase of the analysis and the comparison of their different perspectives

• in the third and final phase were formulated conclusions and results of the work.

The study used two methods: an exploratory and analytical.

This work will be useful and is interesting in that it would allow students to pay attention to the life and work of a famous figure as Safin Fakil our district and Republic, and correctly use the information of his works that reflect the real interests of children.

2. Biography of the writer

Fakil Safin was born January 2, 1954, in the village of Amikeevo Muslumovo district of Tatar AUTONOMOUS SOVIET SOCIALIST REPUBLIC (Application 3). Since childhood, was interested in literature and art. Already in the fifth grade he began writing poetry, epigrams. His first poems were printed after graduating from high school in a local newspaper. After graduating from Kubyakovo secondary school (Application 2) he was working in a collective farm as a mechanic. Then he joined the Soviet army. After that he entered and learnt at the historical-philological faculty of Kazan State University. Worked as a teacher of history and literature in the village of October Muslumovo district. In 1981, at the request of teachers he was appointed as the Director of the school in October village. In 1984, fate brought him to Naberezhnye Chelny, where he worked at the Kamaz automobile plant.

Love for his profession, children again leads him to school. However, creative work is haunted. At this time his name appears in the press. In 1990, the writer and poet Fakil Safin, was known for his readers under the pseudonym ÀMÀK (Amak), started to work as Deputy Chief Editor of newspaper "TAN JOLDYZY" ("Morning Star") (Application 5). Fakil Safin made great efforts to raise the credibility of newspapers in those difficult economic times. In February 1991, he went to the editor of Tatar radio programmes.

During the election of the first President of the Republic of Tatarstan Fakil Safin was the first correspondent who interviewed the president Mintimer Sharipovich Shaimiev in Tatar language. In August 1991, he was the busy journalist and poet, an active member of the national movement is the editor of prose and poetry in the magazine "ARGAMAK" ("Horse"). He participated in the preparation of the first issue, had made great efforts to save the log. In January 1995, he worked as a teacher in the Pedagogical College in Naberezhnye Chelny. Quickly gaining love and respect of his students.

The emergence of new technologies and methodologies in educational work, a desire for a refreshment in the field of education led the urban leaders to the idea of creating in scientific-methodical journal. This important case was entrusted to Fakil Safin. Since 1996, he was the editor-in-Chief of the journal « FAN HAM MAKTAP (science and education), which began its publication in October 1996. Since 1996, he became a member of the Union of writers of the Republic of Tatarstan. (Fakil Safin is beeing the Vice-President of it today. )He was able to arrange in a short period literary and art magazine a well known for his reaas "Maidan. Chelny" (A public square).

3. Creativeness of a writer

In the literature he came with rich life experiences. Already with his first works he won the attention and love of the readers. He is a master of the deep psychologism, one of the few writers who achieved in his works of philosophical reflection. His stories "SONGY KOZ" (last fall) (1992), "GOLZIHAN" (Guldzihan) (1994), the novels "BIEK TAUNY BASHLARYNDA" (on the top of high mountains) (1999), "SATASHYP ATKAN TAN" (Lost dawn) (2002) were very fond of the readers. (Application 4).

He is also the author of numerous poems, candidate of philological sciences. His action in the field of music deserves attention and respect. Fakil Safin attaches particular importance to the development of children's songs. He was among the first amateur composers of the city who becomes a laureate of the competition of children's songs in Kazan, organized by the Office of the President of the Fund "Zyen". He also participated in the Organization of the National Song Festival "Turgai" in Naberezhnye Chelny and became the first winner of this Festival among amateur composers. (Application 7).

Fakil Safin is one of the organizers of circles for children's creative work. At the time of the literary circle in the House of Children's Art, he comes up with the idea of creating a newspaper "KOMESH KYNGYRAU" (Silver Bell). Despite the difficulties, the newspaper has become a favorite children's jonal. Fakil Safin is its editor till now. Fakil Safin is the winner of the award Gayaz Ishaki and Alexander Griboyedov, holds the title of honored worker of culture of the Republic of Tatarstan (2004).

4. Features of works written for children.

Work of the ordinary poet is inextricably linked to his place of his birth and his residence. Someone describes the city's cluttered, it's business Others try to describe the rustic beauty of nature, the beauty of mountains and rivers, picturesque landscapes. But after reading the poems written by Fakil Safin, someone can become convinced again that the poet lives in the world of children. And it is not by chance. The author is not only the editor-in-Chief of the children's newspaper , but he constantly lives with their ideas and tries to help them to create their perfect World of childhood. This World of childhood does not accept all in a row. To do this, you must not just love children, and play, enjoy, create together with them but you should see the world through the eyes of a child. (Application 6)

4.1. Poems about work and study

His poems are educational in nature, teach children to be polite, attentive to the others, respectful to the elders. For example, the poems "What is happiness?", "Birthday", "Learn, baby!" make you think about life, teach the importance of knowledge and the discipline to the person. The author not only gives instructions, but makes the reader to ponder,using a subtle humor.

4.2. Poems about the environment

Environmental pollution, the animals which are under the extinction or endangered animals, environmental problems are issues that concern contemporary society. Many writers and poets try not to ignore this theme in their works. For example, in the poem "The boy who loves birds" Fakil Safin's hero encourages carefully refer to the birds. I think children by reading his poems will be carefully applied to nature and never cause harm to it.

4.3. Poems about sports

Today, more than ever, great attention is paid to sport and a healthy lifestyle. This is due not only to the Universiade and the Olympic Games which are held in our country. The modern child, who spends a lot of time indoors before the computer pay not so much attention to sports, simply he has less time to do sports. In his poem "Hockey players" Fakil Safin explains the origin of the game and urged all sports to be nimble, brave and healthy.

4.5. Poems about family and family traditions

It is not a secret that the family is the first place for the person. The theme of family relations and traditions is touched by any writer or poet. Proof of this can be the poem "The Daddy's embrace", "What is happiness?", "Birthday" from which we can see the importance of good relations in the family for the child. Mother and father are inspiring and giving strength to the growth and development of their child. Children mimic the adults, learn from their examples. It is therefore very important, both for parents and for children to think about the correctness of their actions, of their decisions.

5. Conclusion

Fakil Safin is not only a famous poet, writer, publicist and public figure. After studying and analyzing his work, we can conclude: he is making a great contribution to the development of children's creativity. His poems are still valid today, and at any time. They have no age, ethnic and social boundaries.

"Silver Bell" under his leadership, helps to integrate and unite children and adults, like minded people from all over the world. It shows the creativity of children-young readers as well as published works of many famous poets and writers who devote their work to children.

Fakil Safin urges its readers to peace, kindness, honesty, decency, love for parents, their mother tongue and their native land.
