Внеклассное мероприятие по английскому языку для учащихся 5-х классов.

Соревнование «Я - самый умный».

Цель: формирование коммуникативной компетенции посредствам изучения «Иностранного языка».

Задачи:

1.Активизация и систематизация изученного лексического и грамматического материала.

2. Совершенствование фонетических навыков, навыков аудирования, чтения.

3. Активизировать познавательную и творческую деятельность учащихся.

4. Создавать творческую обстановку в коллективе.

5. Расширять кругозор, повышать интерес учащихся к английскому языку.

Оборудование:

Мультимедийный проектор, компьютер, экран, призы, магнитофон, аудиозаписи, раздаточный материал отдельных конкурсов (заданий).

Содержание:

1. Организационный момент.

Today we are going to have an unusual lesson. It'll be a lesson - competition. Everybody will have possibility to be a winner. At the end of the lesson the winner will be given a prize. Be very attentive and try to do everything correctly. 2 teams "Foxes" and "Hares" will take part in the competition. I want to say you - Good luck! (слайд №1)

2. Основная часть:

1. Скороговорки.(Patters)

Our first task is patters. Read them on your cards and try to pronounce them correctly. (Скороговорки написаны на слайде №2. Кто лучше и четче произнесет, тот и победитель. Команды отвечают по очереди).

Patters:

1. Pat's black cat is in Pat's black hat.

2. Geb is Bob's dog. Tob is Mob'dog.

3. Seed sees six trees.

4. Pat keeps two pets.

5. A girl sees three big grey geese.

6. A cup of nice coffee is in nice coffee-cup.

2. Загадки (Riddles)

Our second task is riddles. Now listen to the riddles and guess them. (Загадки написаны на карточках).
