Theme: Friends. Comparing two people or things.

Objectives:

  1. To enrich the pupils' knowledge giving them more information about friends.

  2. To develop the pupils' speech speaking on the topic, and refer pupils to the grammar theme "Adjectives, comparative form of the adjectives'', helping them freely express their opinions and thoughts.

  3. To bring up pupils to be patriots of their motherland, to love their country and to be friends with each other and to wide their scope.

Visual aids:

Pictures, slogan, Bloom's graphic cards, ball an electronic textbook of the Multimedia program.

The Procedure of the lesson

I Warm-up:

Greeting

T: Good afternoon, pupils!

P: Good afternoon, teacher!

T: How do you feel yourselves?

P: OK, Well, good!

T: You see that we have very unusual lesson today.

So pupils what season is it now?

P: It's winter now.

T: Yes you are right. What winter holidays do you know? (New Year, Christmas,

St. Valentines Day)

Recently we had very great winter event in our Kazakhstan especially in Astana

and Almaty. Who knows what event is it?

P: The Olympic games in Asia.

T: It's great that you know the 7th Olympic games in Asia.

What is the symbol of this Olympiad.

P: The snow leopard. (Bars)
