План - конспект урока по английскому языку в 5 классе

«Профессии».

Цели урока:

1. Образовательная: учить детей выявлять наиболее значимые профессии из современных.

2. Развивающая: развитие внимания, мышления и памяти при употреблении английских слов, тренировка слуховой памяти в процессе аудирования, развитие умения работать с тестовыми заданиями.

3. Воспитательная: воспитание взаимопомощи и сотрудничества во время выполнения групповых заданий.

Задачи:

1. Активизация изученной лексики по теме «Профессии».

2. Контроль понимания прослушанного текста (тест).

3. Формирование навыков говорения с использованием грамматического времени Present Simple и конструкций to be going to и I want to.

Оснащение: учебник «Английский с удовольствием. 5 класс» (авторы: М.З. Биболетова, Н.В. Добрынина и др.), тематические картинки и раздаточный материал.

Ход урока.

1.Вступление.

Teacher: Good morning, dear pupils! I am glad to see you! We shall continue our talk about different jobs. We shall listen to a story, write a test, speak about different professions and play. Look at the blackboard, please. What shall we speak about today? (На доске вывешены картинки по теме «Профессии»)

Pupils: Professions.

II. Основная часть.

1. Teacher: You are right. Today we speak about professions. Look at the pictures, there are very many different professions. Look at the screen and repeat after me:

a vet an artist a DJ

a shopkeeper a teacher a fireman

a driver a worker a doctor

a chef a gardener a deep sea diver

an engineer a computer programmer a businessman

a designer a nurse a street racer

a sportsman a football player a lawyer

a policeman a postman a farmer

a bodyguard a librarian



Teacher: Let us listen to a short story about a teacher and do the tasks.

Listening.

Bill is a teacher at a school. He teaches English to teenagers. In his classroom there are ten students, but in the whole school there are two hundred students. He is a very good teacher and all of his students enjoy learning English.

Pupil 4: Do you want to be an artist?

Pupil 2: Yes, I do.

5. Teacher:

Professions are very different. Say what you think about some of them.

Important professions are… (a doctor, a lawyer, a computer programmer).

Interesting professions are… (a teacher, an artist, a designer, a librarian).

Dangerous professions are… (a fireman, a driver, a policeman).



6. Teacher: There are many interesting professions in the world.

What do you like to do?

What do you want to be?

Why?

Pupil 1: I like to use a computer. I want to be a computer programmer. It's interesting!

Pupil 2: I like to help people. I want to be a doctor. It's important!

Pupil 3: I like to defend people. I want to be a military man. It's great!

III. Заключительная часть.

Teacher: Let us sing a song

"What are you going to be?"

I'll be a teacher, that's the life for me!
