ВНЕКЛАССНОЕ МЕРОПРИЯТИЕ: "My Journey to London".
Цель: дальнейшее развитие коммуникативной компетентности в рамках темы "Достопримечательности Лондона».
Задачи: 1 способствовать равномерному развитию всех компонентов коммуникативной компетентности учащихся.
2 способствовать приобретению учащимися знаний о культуре, истории, реалиях и традициях страны изучаемого языка.
3 создать ситуации, требующие от учащихся применения и усиления когнитивных функций личности.
4 создать условия для сравнения и сопоставления своей и иноязычной культуры.

II Класс делится на две команды. Мероприятие проводится в форме соревнования.

3 Teams are given cards. Which is the first to match the columns.

4 Describe the pictures. Teams are given pictures with sights of London. Pupils describe them in two or three sentences.
For example:
Houses of Parliament and Big Ben are situated on the Thames embankment. Big Ben is the most famous symbol of London. Houses of Parliament is the place where the British Parliament sits.
This is Buckingham Palace. At the beginning of the 19th century it was owned by the Duke of Buckingham and was called Buckingham House. Today it is the residence of the Royal Family.
