Примерный план-конспект урока английского языка в 5 классе

Предмет: английский язык

Тема урока: Продукты питания

Образовательная область: Филология, иностранный язык

Этап обучения: Введение новой лексики

Цель урока: освоение новых лексических единиц по теме еда, а также распознавание и употребление в речи исчисляемых и неисчисляемых существительных.

Задачи: После активизации изученной ранее тематической лексики учащиеся должны вывести грамматическое правило употребления исчисляемых и неисчисляемых существительных.

Тип урока: урок ознакомления с новым материалом

Методы, технологии обучения: cooperative leaning, learner-centered approach, SRSD (self-regulated strategy development).

Оборудование: картинки и предметы разных видов продуктов питания, аудио, лист самопроверки

Прогнозируемые результаты:

Личностные: формирование уважительного отношения к иному мнению; развитие умения не создавать конфликтов, принятие и освоение социальной роли обучающегося.

Метапредметные: овладение навыками коммуникации соответствии с целями и задачами; активное использование речевых средств для решения коммуникативных и познавательных задач; овладение способностью принимать и сохранять цели и задачи учебной деятельности, поиска средств ее осуществления.

Предметные: тренировка выражения любви или неприязни к какому-либо продукту питания, а также поддержание разговора о продуктах питания.

T tells Pp that he/she would like to play A Memory Game with them and try to memorise what they say. T asks them to use the model and say in a chain what food they like.

T asks Pp questions to check his/her memory:

T asks Pp to look at the menu and read it. Asks

  • What's the name of the café?

  • What can you eat there?

T introduces the names of food and asks Pp what can help them to guess the meaning of the new words. Elicits the pictures and that some words are the same in Russian.

T asks Pp to cover the names of the dishes and say what they can see in the pictures.

Introducing the concept of countable and uncountable nouns

T asks Pp to work in pairs and to complete the three columns (Meat / Fish, Vegetables and Fruit) in the table with words from the text in Ex. 2 tells them that they should leave the blue and pink columns empty.

T copies the table on the blackboard. Elicits the answers from the class and fills in the table.

T asks Pp to read and answer the questions in pairs first then elicits the answers in class.
