Ход урока:

Тема урока: «Разговор об увлечениях».

Эпиграф: «All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy».

The epigraph is: (Умей дело делать - умей и позабавиться).

  1. Орг. момент.

  • 1)Приветствие.

  • 2) Введение учителем темы и цели урока.

T.:- Good morning, boys and girls! Sit down, please!

Учитель объявляет тему и цель урока.- Pupils, the theme of our lesson today is "A talk about hobbies".

I used an English proverb to the lesson written on the blackboard. Translate it, please. Is there similar proverb in Russian? (3-5 min)

Now you will see some pictures on the screen. Listen and repeat. (показ слайд шоу по теме «хобби») 3 min

I see that you know the names of different hobbies quite well. Now we are going to revise some more expressions which help us to speak about our favourite occupations. Now we have cards with some words on the boards. You must match the words in the right order to make a chain.

  1. to listen to the music

  1. ездить на велосипеде

  1. to collect coins

  1. путешествовать

  1. to go by bike

  1. увлекаться чем-либо

4. Обучение монологическому высказыванию по теме «Хобби»:

T.:- Pupils, I asked you to think of your own hobbies for this lesson. Look at the cards, please. Finish the sentences and tell us about your hobby.

(Учащиеся получают карточки с заданием «Закончи предложения и расскажи о своём хобби».)

My hobby is ... .

I like… .

It helps me ... .

I can ... .

My hobby is very interesting because ... .

I think ... is very popular ... .

I am sure my hobby … .

T.:- Pupils, let's come to the conclusion of the lesson today. Is it important and useful to have any hobby? And why? Give your reasons.

5. Совершенствование навыка аудирования:

T.:- Pupils, it's time to listen to the student speaking about his hobbies. The task for you is to understand his story and name his hobby. (His hobby is collecting coins.)

(Ученики прослушивают рассказ Стива из упр. 16, с. 149. Задание для прослушивания - ответить на вопросучителя «Какое хобби у Стива?») 3min

6. Подведение итогов. Выставление оценок.

Hobbies differ like tastes. If you have chosen a hobby according to your character and taste you are lucky, because your life becomes more interesting.

As for me I am glad to see that you have done a good job. You have prepared good reports. You were active at the lesson. I am going to give you excellent marks.
