План-конспект відкритого уроку у 7 класі

Тема: Домашні справи

Підтема: Приготування їжі

Тип уроку: Розвиток лексичних навичок та навичок читання.

Мета:

Практична: практикувати учнів у вживанні в усному та писемному мовленні вивчених лексичних одиниць; практикувати учнів у читанні, аудіюванні та говорінні; узагальнити вивчені лексичні одиниці та навчити учнів використовувати їх у мовленні.

Освітня: поглиблювати знання учнів з теми.

Розвиваюча:розвивати мовну здогадку і мовленнєву реакцію учнів; розвивати здатність мовного самоконтролю; розвивати уяву учнів в умовах роботи в групах і парах; розвивати навички логічного викладу думок.

Виховна: прищеплювати цікавість до іноземної мови, виховувати ввічливість у спілкуванні з товаришами, виховувати вміння толерантно співпрацювати в парах та тимчасових групах; агітувати за здоровий спосіб життя та здорове харчування.

Обладнання: презентація, підручник, асоціативна карта - план, "Hot Potato", терези, роздаткові картки, музика для релаксації, диск до підручника, конверти із домaшнім завданням.

Хід уроку

І. Організаційний момент.

ІІ. Введення в іншомовну атмосферу.

I prepared an unusual task for you today. I have a Hot Potato. It's really very hot! You must take one paper, read the proverb and find the equivalent in Ukrainian. Then you should give Hot Potato to your neighbor.

To know on which side one's bread is buttered.

Якби знав,де впадеш, соломки підстелив би.

Too many cooks spoil the broth.

У двох господинь хата не метена.

Every cook praises his own broth.

Кожна жаба своє болото хвалить.

You can't eat your cake and have it.

Побігти за двома зайцями.

You can't make an omelette without breaking eggs.

Хочеш їсти на калачі - не сиди на печі.

Too much pudding will choke the dog.

Руки загребущі, очі завидющі.

As hungry, as a hunter.

Голодний, як вовк.

Hunger breaks stone walls.

ІІІ. Основна частина уроку.

As you see, all the proverbs are connected with eating, yeah? So, the theme of our lesson will be food and cooking. But you know, we have a lot of guests today. So, our lesson wouldn't be usual. Today we'll be the contestants in the show "Master Chef". Now you are divided into two teams - red and blue. But be ready - you'll work hard today, because cooking is rather difficult work.

So, to the end of the lesson you'll be ready to:

  • speak about ways of cooking;

  • recreate ingredients of unknown recipe;

  • read and complete the recipe;

  • write a recipe of your favorite meal.

Now, my little cooks, let's see, do you really know all words. Let's play the game "Pop-corn". I'll show you a color and you'll tell me the name of products. But be polite! For every correct answer I'll give give you one point. Let's begin!

I like the way you are working. But don't relax. I have one more task for you. In those boxes you have names of meals. You must choose one, open the egg and decide, if this meal is healthy or unhealthy. Then you have to put your egg on the weigher and then we'll understand what kind of meals we should to eat to be healthy.

There you'll find cards. On these cards I wrote parts of recipes. You must find the other part. Please, stand up and find your partner. When you'll match your recipe, please, stop near photo of your meal. Let's begin!

Now I want you to relax a little bit and to listen to music. You may sit or move the way you like.
