-to give information about Museums in Kazakhstan and London;

to introduct the new grammar material "Present Perfect Continuous";

- to develop abilities in speaking , writing and reading, memory, oral speech;

- to bring up their interest, to teach them be active, polite, helpful;

to love our native language and others;

The form of the lesson: Assimilation of a new material

The type of the lesson: Mixed lesson

The methods of teaching: brainstorming, guestion-answer, individually, pair, group work.

Lesson procedure

I. Organization moment

-What date is it today? What is the weather like today? Today we'll speak about museums and sleepovers.

II. Warming up.

Phonetic training of the proverb:

Art is long life is short.

Ғалымның өзі өлсе де,

хаты өлмейді.

Искусство вечно

А жизнь коротка.

III. We are going to the museum.

First of all, let's decide where to go.Here is some information about sleepovers at the museums. Let's read and before reading let's pronounce some words:

Museum, excursion, tour, sleepover, interesting, information, dinosaur, natural, history, story, tower, theatre.

IV. Reading.

Text "Kasteev's Museum"

V. Now silent reading. Read and answer the questions.

1.What can you say about the Central State Museum of Kazakhstan?

2.What Kasteev's Museum famous for? How old is it?

3. In what museum can you see a great collection of Kazakh musical instruments?

.VI. Turn the page and write some words you know about museums.

VII. Sing a song. Now let's have a break.

VIII. Make up a dialogue (Act out and role play your own dialogues)

L.: Mark, John where are you?

A.: Who are you? What do you want?

L.: My name is Lucy. I am here with my friends, but I can't find them.

A.: Let's try together. It's eleven o'clock. All the people are gone.

L.: I am lost! What am I going to do?

A.: Phone your friends.

L.: I can't phone them. I don't know their phone number.

A.: You have your friends' address, don't you?

L.: Yes, I do, but I can't go there. I am a tourist, I come from Russia. I don't know London.

A.: Don't cry Lucy! I am with you.

L.: Are you going to help me?

A.: Sure. Let's go.

IX. Revise grammar material

Exercise : IV page 87(Read the sentences and recollect how the Present Perfect Continuous tense is used)
