Тема : Halloween

Тип урока : комбинированный

Цель:

- образовательная: активизация лексики по теме прилагательные, выражающие эмоциональное состояние, освоение образования и использования во всех видах речевой деятельности форм прошедшего времени.

- развивающая : развитие навыков поискового чтения, умений прогнозирования содержания текста.

- воспитательная: воспитание культуры общения, чувства сотрудничества и ответственности .

Задачи:

- активизировать изученную ранее тематическую лексику по теме " Праздники".

- закрепить прилагательные , обозначающие эмоциональное состояние , и развивать умения поискового чтения

- закрепить употребление грамматических форм Past Simple ( правильные и неправильные глаголы)

Оснащение:УМК "Spotlight 6, доска школьная меловая, мел , магниты, CD-ROM к УМК "Spotlight 6" , презентация

Ход урока:

1. Организационный момент

T: Good morning dear friends. Glad to see you.

-How are you today?

2. Слайд 2 Фонетическая зарядка.

Look at the board. Let's read the tongue twister. Repeat all together after me.

Warm -up:

T: Do tongue twisters twist your tongue?

(дети повторяют хором, затем спросить кого -нибудь повторить и в конце задать вопрос и попросить кого- нибудь ответить)

Answer the question Natasha, please.

T: Which sound is mentioned here?

C: The sound [T].

T: Yes, you are right.

3. Слайд 3 Постановка темы урока.

And now look at the board again. On the board we can see letters and numbers. Please, solve the mathematical examples, and find the topic of today's lesson.

T: And look at the board again. What do these characters express?

C: They express feelings.

T: What can we say about this character? How does it feel?

6. Далее идет работа с учебником. Одновременно с этим к доске выходят два ученика и пишут слова по карточке согласно правилу чтения окончания ED

T: Sasha and Masha go to the blackboard and write the words from their cards into three columns according the pronunciation of their ending.

The others open your book on page 68, find ex 1 and ask the class questions about feelings in different situations.

7. Do you know anything about Halloween holiday?

• It is celebrated on the 31^st of October.

• People wear scare costumes.

• Children go to play trick or treat.

8. Работа с текстом. And now children we are going to read the story. But at first listen to the story and look at the pictures. What do you think the story is about?

S : the story is about an adventure of a group of kids at Halloween.

And now it's time to check up your homework. We'll do it in groups. Review the story in your groups, please and be ready to do the task. Each student in the group should know what the story is about.

Работа в группах. Учащимся дается текст. Его нужно прочитать и перевести в группе. Каждый участник команды должен знать, о чем текст. Затем ребята встают и выстраиваются в ряды, учитель читает утверждение и каждый участник команды должен подойти к доске и написать правда или нет. Подсказки не допускаются.

And now let's play. The game is called silence. Let's see who will be the quickest and the cleverest in the silence.

Stand up, in a chain please. Stand one by one and don't speak. I'll read the statement and one of your group in order should go to the blackboard and write. if the statement is true or false. Are you ready? Start!!

9. Let's play a game "Find your part'

On your desks you have a card with a part of the sentence from the story we have just read. Find the other part to complete the sentence.

It was Halloween night

so my brothers and I decided to go trick or treating.

The house looked empty,

but we knocked anyway.

Suddenly, we heard a loud noise and a

huge creature jumped out in front of us.

"Don't be afraid, it's just an owl,"

said a voice from behind us.

When we finally got home,

our Mum was very worried.

We were at Mrs Shade's house, you

know the big one at the end of the street.

Mum looked

puzzled.

a) Т: Look in the text and fill in the past tense form of the verbs below. Which are regular and which are irregular?

Open your copybooks and make a table with 2 columns. The first will be regular verbs, the second irregular verbs.

regular verbs: decided, knocked, answered, opened, jumped, turned, rushed, introduced, shouted, walked, died.

irregular verbs: was, had, got, heard, saw, gave, said.
