Урок англійської мови у 5 класі.

Тема: Їжа та напої.

Мета:

навчальна:закріплення назв видів їжі та напоїв, перегляд навчального відео, складання міні проекту на основі вивченої лексики та переглянутого відео, робота з тематичними картками;

розвивальна:розвиток критичного мислення, кмітливості, пам'яті, творчих здібностей учнів, тренування навичок аудіювання, читання, фонематичного слуху;

виховна: виховувати культуру здорового харчування, формувати позитивне ставлення до вивчення англійської мови.

Технології: елементи критичного мислення (мозковий штурм,аналіз помилок, рефлексія), елементи інтерактивної технології (робота в групах),використання ІКТ, елементи проектної технології(складання міні проекту)

Тип уроку: узагальнюючий.

Обладнання : ПК, картки з текстом, бланки для виконання завдань,

Хід уроку:

1.Організаційний момент.

Teacher: Children! Imagine we're in a food train where we can see many products. Our train is going to a very tasty "Food Country". Let's see what the train is bringing. Listen to the chant and repeat every line after me.

2.4. Project work. (фізкультхвилинка №2)

I have already divided you into two groups. Now you have a last task of this lesson. Each group has a very important task to make up a recipe of some dish with the help of the ingredients given by me.

(Then each team presents a recipe.)

For cooking Ukrainian borsch you will need :

Ingredients:

meat, beetroot, potatoes, tomatoes, cabbage, carrots, onions, peppers, oil, salt.

1). Wash meat and put it to boil for half an hour.

2). Cut carrots and beetroot.

3) Chop the onion.

4) Fry carrots, beetroot and onions in oil.

5) Add the tomato paste, mix and cook for 8 minutes.

Wash, peel and cut the potatoes.

Slice the cabbage.

Add potatoes into the boiling broth.

Add salt and cabbage and cook them.

Add the onion, carrot and beetroot with tomatoes.

Cook for 2 minutes.

Sponge Cake

For cooking English Sponge Cake you will need :

sugar, eggs, butter , flour.

1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.

2. Whip some egg in a bowl.

3. Add sugar, butter and some flour and mix this products.

4. Pour some milk and mix again.

5. Put this mixture into the tin and bake for 30 minutes.

The Sponge cake has cooked.
