1. Приветствие

T: Good morning, everybody.

It is the unity of people who support each other in difficult situations, who respect each other, and try to understand you. What is it?

T: You are right. Today we'll speak about family, about problems, relations, about the history of your family.

What kinds of family do you know? Look at the pictures and try to describe them.

What kind of family do you have?

How many members of the family do you have?

What are their occupations?

Have you got many relatives?

Do they live close or far from you?

Do you see them often?

Would you like to see them more often?

Who is the person closest to you? Why?

Do you know the history of your family?

4. Проверка домашнего задания

Unfortunately, many of us know very little about our ancestors. But some people have proven how much we can learn if we are really interested in our family history.

Let's listen to your stories about your ancestors.

Where did you find the information about you relatives?

5. Работа в группах

Do you have any brothers or sisters?

Share your feelings about having/ not having brothers or sisters.

What is better: to have a sister or a brother or to be the only child in the family?

Let's discuss this problem in groups.

The 1^st and the 2^nd groups try to prove that everybody should have a sister or a brother. The 3^rd and the 4^th groups have got the opposite point of view.

I have got a brother. He is older than me. We have a lot in common; we get on well with each other. But sometimes we have quarrels and misunderstanding. We try to solve the problems. I think that it is beautiful to have a brother, because you can do a lot of things together, play together, discuss and solve different problems together.
