Цель урока:

  1. Тренировка произносительных навыков, активизация лексического материала;

  2. Введение how much/ how many; a/an, some, объяснение образования множественного числа.

  3. Развитие коммуникативной культуры и социально-культурной образованности учеников, позволяющих участвовать в социально-бытовой и учебной сферах.

Ход урока

Организационный момент.

T: Our topic today is "Food and Drink". We'll learn some words about food and drink, will play with these words, make up the dialogue and I'll teach you to ask " How much/ how many?".

T: Sit down, please! Now, pupils you know that today we have a lesson-game. In this lesson I want to know how many words connected with food and drink you know. At the lesson you'll do tasks and earn something.For every right answer I'll give you this thing. And at the end of the lesson we count all your things and find the winner. I give you are riddle. You must to find this thing. Who will give right answer will take this thing. Are you ready?

T: O'K lets start our lesson.I wish you are good luck! Listen to me carefully.

2. Warm-up.

3.Vocabulary.

T:First of all, I'll explain you the rules of grammar. Today we have a new grammar reference which is called countable and uncountable nouns.Look at the screen. At the screen you see the lists of some foods and drinks.

You should match the translation of these words with help of pictures.

4. Writing.

T: O'K. Now, I'll divide you into four groups.The first group should gather only fruits, the second group should gather only vegetables, the third and fourth groups should find drinks and other foods. Complete the charts on the blackboard using the words from the screen.

5.Speaking.

T: Let's start talking about your likes and dislikes using the lists of food and drink. For example: I like tea, but I don't like coffee.
