Тема: «Modern science achievements»

Практическая цель урока: формирование коммуникативной компетенции учащихся в рамках обозначенной коммуникативной ситуации

Прогнозируемый результат: предполагается, что к окончанию урока учащиеся смогут построить высказывание об современном устройстве, которое они используют чаще всего.

Задачи: 1) Развивать навыки коммуникативной деятельности;

2) Содействовать развитию монологической речи на основе речевого образца;

3) Воспитывать интерес к изучению иностранного языка

Оборудование: учебники, телевизор, ноутбук, раздаточный материал

Ход урока

1. Организационный момент

-Good-morning, boys and girls! I'm glad to see you! Sit down, please.

II. Речевая зарядка

-Look at these pictures and say what gadgets you have already known.

(computer, microwave oven, air conditioner, MP3 player, telephone, washing machine, refrigerator, clock, cooker, vacuum cleaner)

3. Говорение (работа в парах)

-Discuss the following questions in pairs

1) What's your favourite gadget?

2) What's the longest time you have lived without it?

3) What were you doing then?

4) Was it hard?

- And now say about your partner's favourite gadget

IV. Аудирование

- Let's listen to the stories of three people and then do some tasks

Ex. 3a, c, d, p. 154-155

5. Работа в группах

• Take a sheet of paper and write three appliances you use a lot. Compare your lists with each other inside your group. And then each group should say which gadget is the most frequently used.

5. Рефлексия

-What gadgets can't we live without?

-For what do we usually use these gadgets?

VII. Заключительный этап

-Everyone will get a sheet of paper. Then you should write the mark you deserve.

-Your home task will be to prepare to speak about one device you can't live without. Take notes on what you are going to say. (ex. 5a, p. 155)
