Внеклассное мероприятие по английскому языку в 7 «а» классе

игра «Merry train».

Учитель английского языка КГУ СШ№ 23 Степанцова Л.С.

Цел игры: развивать неподготовленную речь учащихся, обобщить знания учащихся, полученные на уроках английского языка.

Задачи: закрепить знания учащихся,

развивать умение работать в коллективе и принимать совместное решение; развивать положительные личностные качества;

воспитывать уважение к культуре своей страны и стран изучаемого языка.

Ход занятия.

1. Оргмомент. Приветствие ведущего.

Teacher: Good morning, children and our guests! I'm very glad to see you here. Now we shall organize a competition called " Merry train". Two teams will take part in a game of the most quick-witted and the cleverest. It's time to introduce yourselves. Who is the captain of the 1^st team?

P1: I'm the captain of the team. The name of our team is "Locomotive".

Teacher: Who is the captain of the 2^nd team?

P2: I'm the captain of the team. The name of our team is "Express". (Состав команд, их названия определяются заранее).

Teacher: Today all of you have a good chance to improve your English during the game. I have invited a competent jury to count the points. The members of our jury are your teachers Bekova D.M,Kozi Y.S

Now I'm going to teach you how to play this game. The game has 8stations they are:

1. Do you like English.

2. Word makers

3. Parts and wholes.

4. Proverbs and sayings.

5. Hidden words.

6. A tongue-twister.

7. The right choice.

8. Inventions and discoveries.

9. Jigsaw puzzles.

10. Irregular verbs.

11. Anagram

1. Well, I wish you success. Be active, honest and helpful!

Teacher: And now we come to the 1^st contest of the game called " Do you like English

1. Quiz-master: And now we come to the 2^nd contest which is called "Word makers

". Look at the square, each team will take turns in answering questions. You'll choose any number. Captains will have an opportunity to choose the number. (Капитан выбирает номер задания, и команда отвечает)

You can get 5 points for the right answer.

Дети быстро и весело отвечают на вопросы, члены команды помогают друг другу, если вытягивается номер 5, команда просто получает 5 очков.

Teacher: The 3^rd contest is called "Parts and wholes". I need 1 pupil from each team. You should combine these parts so as to get a popular name. Who will be the first? You can get 1 point for each right answer.

Teacher: Our next contest is called "Proverbs and sayings". Each team will get a list of words. You should rearrange the words so as to make up a proverb. You have 2 minutes.

Teacher: Attention, please! The 5^th contest is called "Hidden words". This round is for the captains. Find, please, the animals hiding in the following sentences!

Example: If I shout, he'll hear me.(Fish)
