Конспект открытого урока в 7б классе по теме «Are you happy at school?

Цели: развитие монологической и диалогической речи учащихся на основе изученной лексики, формирование лингво-культурной компетенции учащихся.

Образовательные задачи:

  1. закрепить словарный запас по теме;

  2. формирование лексических навыков говорения о школе и образовании;

  3. отработка лексико-грамматических конструкций.

Познавательные:

  1. развитие лингво- культурной компетенции;

  2. активизация лексики и лексико- грамматических конструкций по теме;

Воспитательные:

  1. поддерживать дух толерантности, принимая другие точки зрения;

  2. воспитывать умение внимательно слушать и слышать, уважать другое мнение;

  3. поддерживать других и быть к ним благожелательными;

  4. формирование уважительного отношения к традициям образования в России.

Развивающие:

  1. развитие способности создавать карту памяти и работать с ней;

  2. отработка умения анализировать информацию на иностранном носителе через сравнение.

  3. развивать умение работать в группе (компетентности: интеллектуальная, социальная)

Оборудование урока: ксерокопии Do you like school?, мультимедийная презентация, листы с заданием на речевую разминку, весы, слово «Школа» на листе, листы для записи мнений, магнитофон


Ход урока.

1). Организационный момент

- My dear friends I'm really glad to see you. I hope everything is OK with you. So let's get down to work. First of all let me tell you about the topic of today's lesson. Today we are going to have a consolidation lesson. We'll compare schools in Russia and in Great Britain, find out advantages and disadvantages of different systems of education and try to create our ideal school.

2). Фонетическая зарядка

- There are a lot of proverbs, sayings and quotations about education. On your desks you can find some of them. But their beginnings and endings are mixed. Try to match them. Find Russian equivalents. Choose and explain the meaning of one you like most of all. Слайд 1

3). Речевая зарядка

- What associations do you have with the word school? (дети называют ассоциации, выходят и сами записывают их на доску)

4) Основная часть

1. Обучение устной речи (диалоги - расспросы)

- Some associations are connected with favourite subjects, learning new things. Let`s speak about them.

- Look at the screen. You can see the words with the mixed letters in them. These words are subjects. Think and make up the right words. слайд 3

- What other subjects do you know? Let`s read these words слайд 4

- Look at the screen. Read the sentences and match two parts to have a whole sentence слайд 5

- What`s your favourite subject? Why?

- What subjects don`t you like? Why?

2 Обучение устной речи (работа в группах)

- And now I'd like us to play. There are scales on the table at the blackboard. I propose you to weigh your opinions about school. There are students who think that school is fun, it's great. But there are some pupils who don't like school. You will work in two groups: the first group will give positive reasons about school but the second team- negative ones.

Now make groups and think about as many reasons as you can. Put them down on the weights.

You can see examples.

It's time to weigh your reasons. Which team would like to start? Your team, OK. Stand up, tell your reason and put in on the scales. Now it's your turn.

To sum up you can see that … . Please, finish my sentence ( there are more positive reasons).

It's a very good conclusion. School is really fun and it's great.

- And what`s your opinion about school? Do you like it?

3 Физминутка

- Try to guess or give synonyms playing a game "duel"

* a subject where you run, jump, play games (PE)

* a subject where you count, do sums (Maths)

* a plan of subjects (timetable)

* a subject where you learn how to use a computer (IT)

* a subject where you translate, listen to a cassette recorder, recite poems (English)

3 Обучение говорению на основе прочитанного и услышанного

- Open your books at page 17, find Ex.2.2. Here are some facts about a typical British school. Listen to the speaker? read and compare them with the facts about schools in our country.

5 Представление проектов учащимися

- I`d like you to present your projects

6)Подведение итогов. Рефлексия

Make up as many cinquains as you can. All your cinquains will be different. Read aloud your cinquains, when you are ready. You can work in pairs or individually
