Задачи обучения:
- повторить изученную лексику по темам «Погода», «Город и село»;
- закрепить грамматический материал по теме «Степени сравнения прилагательных»;
Задачи развития:
- развивать навыки монологической речи;
- формировать познавательные умения;
Задачи воспитания:
- воспитывать желание общаться на английском языке.
Оборудование: компьютер, проектор, магнитофон, карточки, доска.

- Good morning, children.

Teacher: - Do you like to travel? I imagine that you are passengers on a train. We are going to travel to Knowledge land. Let's start our travel. The train is leaving the station.
The first station is «Phonetics».
The first task. Look at the screen, please. You must read these words in transcription.

T: - Children, we continue to learn our theme «Being happy in the country and in the city». All of us love our native place. These are well-known proverbs. Let's read them all together and translate.

The second station is «Vocabulary».
The first task: Can you finish these lists? What do these words mean? Учитель называет ряд слов, связанных одной темой, ученики по очереди называют недостающие слова.

T: - I am sure you like to play games. Let's play the game which can help us to remember the words on the topic « In the country and in the city».
Ученики по очереди подходят к столу и берут карточки со словами, относящиеся к описанию города и села.
Слова на карточках: farm, a lot of cars, small houses, cow, sheep, horse, garden, wide streets, a lot of people, capital, long streets, park, museum, hen, cockerel, flat.
The third task: match the two parts of each word.
