Цель: развивать коммуникативную компетенцию.

Задачи: развивать умение систематизировать, отбирать и использовать лексические средства вежливого коммуникативного поведения в процессе обмена мнениями, суждениями; совершенствовать навыки аудирования (с опорой на видеоматериал) с пониманием общего содержания с целью извлечения искомой информации; воспитывать уважение и любовь к культуре изучаемого языка.

Оборудование: УМК «Spotlight» 5 V.Evans, раздаточный материал, CD, учебник И. Зараньски «Grammar Rhymes».

Тип урока: Обобщение изученного материала.

Ход урока:

1. Организационный момент

Greeting

A teacher greets pupils.

T: Good morning, everybody. Glad to see you.

P: Good morning, teacher, we are glad to see you, too. ( хором)

T: Today we are going to speak, read and listen to the texts about famous people, revise irregular nouns, Present Continuous/ Present Simple in comparison, listen to some songs, write a test, make dialogues and have a good time.

2. Warming-up.
   First answer questions:

1. What date is it today?

2. What day of the week is it today?

3. What is the weather like today?

4. What season is it now?

5. What are winter months?

6. What are days and nights like in winter?

7. Do you like winter?

8. What is your favourite season?

T: And now we are going to speak about famous people.

A lot of people want to be famous but not everyone can do it.

Do you want to be a star? Is it easy to be famous?

P: Yes. It is easy to be famous. I want to be a star and I will.

P: No. It is not easy. But I will do my best.

P: Yes. It is easy and I want to be a singer.

4. Open your books at page 60 Ex 1. Let's listen to the text about Shakira. Try to remember as many facts as you can about Shakira. Don't look at the texts.

4. Read it! Speak about Shakira ex1 p61.

4. Now make up your own dialogue on the topic.
