Тема: Условные предложения 0, I,II типа

Тип урока: урок обобщения и систематизирования грамматических навыков

Цели урока:

Образовательная:

• Совершенствование и систематизация грамматических навыков устной и письменной речи по теме «Conditional sentences» посредством различных видов упражнений.

• Совершенствование навыков чтения с извлечением основной информации по теме «Условные предложения».

Развивающая:

• Развитие коммуникативных навыков по теме «Условные предложения»; развитие мышления, внимания.

Воспитательная:

• Воспитание творческих способностей учащихся на материале темы.

Речевой материал: лексика по теме - люди, планы, надежды.

Грамматический материал: Conditional Sentences 0, I, II.

Оборудование: доска, презентация «Типы условных предложений», упражнения по данной теме.

Ход урока

I. Подготовительный этап (2 min.)

1. Организационный момент

- Good morning, students, and our guests. Sit down, please. Today our English lesson is a little unusual. We have some guests in our class. I'm very glad to see you.

II. Совершенствование грамматических навыков по теме урока.

- So, I think we are ready to start our lesson.

1) Просмотр презентации «Типы условных предложений»

- Let's look at the board and read some sentences. What types of sentences are these examples? (Слайд 2)

- Now read the sentences (1-3) again and match them with the descriptions below (A-C). (Слайд 3-5)

- This is the structure of Conditional Sentence.(Слайд 5)

There are 2 clauses: If - clause and result (main) clause.

-How many types of Conditional Sentences do you know? - There are 3 types of Conditionals: zero, I, II..

- What is zero conditional?

- Zero Conditional expresses the situations that are always true if something happens. Zero Conditional is formed by the use of the present simple in the if - clause and the present simple in the main clause.

- Conditional 1, what do you know about this type?

- Conditional 1 is real, because it is used for real - or possible - situations in the present or future.

Conditional 1 is formed by the use of the present simple in the if - clause and future simple in the main clause.

- Conditional 2, what do you know about this type?

- Conditional 2 is often called the "unreal" conditional because it is used for unreal оr impossible situations in the future. This conditional provides an imaginary result for a given situation.

Conditional 2 is formed by the use of the past simple in the if - clause and would + infinitive in the main clause.

Контроль грамматических навыков

1. Тест (условные предложения) - презентация (7 min)

- Look at the board. There are 7 questions. Give your answers. (Слайды 6-12)

3) Образование вопросительных условных предложений 0, I,II типа и выполнение упражнения ( Слайд 13, 14)

4) The omens. (Первая часть предложения написана на доске, а вторую часть предложения учащиеся находят и на магните вешают на доску)

• If you see a small spider, you will get a lot of money.

• If a black cat crosses your path, you will have good luck. (In Britain)
• If a black cat crosses your path, you will have bad luck. (In Russia)

5) Работа с текстом.

Учащимся раздаются тексты.
На доске слова:
pebble ['pebl] - галька, булыжник
debt [det] - долг
money-lender - ростовщик, займодатель
look up - зд. смотреть с почтением
hold out - зд. предлагать
owe [ou] - быть должным
Read the text and answer the question: What would you do if you were the girl?

Use your imagination for the answer to this question.

A poor man once owed a lot of money to a money-lender. The poor man had a beautiful daughter and the money-lender wanted her as his wife.
He therefore suggested the following. He would put one black pebble and one white pebble into a bag. The poor man's daughter would then choose one of the pebbles. If she chose the black, she would become his wife and the debt would be cancelled. If, however, she chose the white, the debt would be cancelled and she could stay with her father. The man and his daughter had no choice, so they agreed.
As the money-lender put the pebbles in the bag, the girl suddenly noticed that he had chosen two black ones. The money-lender looked up, held out the bag and asked her to choose a pebble.

1.If we cut down fewer forests,

many species of animals wouldn't have disappeared.

2. If we didn't pollute our rivers and lakes,

the air would be clean and fresh.

scientists would have solved some environmental problems.

5. If people hadn't polluted the planet,

they would be full of fish.

6.If countries had spent more money on scientific research,

we wouldn't have so many environmental problems.

8) Задание на карточках - в группах по 2 человека. (6 min)

- I have some cards for you. There is an example in the card. Read the situation and make up your dialogues using the 2^nd Conditional sentences.
