Цель: Обобщить лексический и грамматический материал по теме: «Дом, милый дом»

Задачи:

1. Обучающие:

- совершенствование лексических навыков;

-совершенствование грамматических навыков;

-совершенствование навыков говорения;

-совершенствование навыков аудирования.

2. Развивающие:

-развитие чувства языка на основе контекста и наглядности;

-развитие языковой догадки;

-развитие творческих способностей;

-развитие умений работы в группе.

3. Воспитательные:

-воспитание интереса к изучению языка.

Оборудование:

1.Учебник по английскому языку "English 6" (Кузовлев В.П., Лапа Н.М.);

2. Наглядные пособия: картинки с изображением предметов мебели;

3. Карточки с грамматическими заданиями.

Ход урока:

I. Начальный этап:

1. Приветствие - орг. Момент.

T.: Good morning, boys and girls. I'm glad to see you. Sit down, please.

T.: What date is it today?

P.: Today is the 24^th of November.

T.: What day is it today?

P.: Today is Wednesday.

T.: Today the theme of our lesson is "Home Sweet Home". We should generalize lexical and grammatical material that is devoted to this theme. We'll do several exercises, read and listen to texts. But we'll do it in a form of a competition. Please, divide into two groups. The name of the first group is "Green House" and the second group is called "Sweet Home". Today English teachers are present at the lesson. They will be judges.

T.: Answer my questions. Do you have a house or a flat? How many rooms are there in your flat? Do you have your own room? Is it big or small?

II. Основной этап:

3. Конкурс №1-работа с карточками

T.: Let's start our contest. In the 1^st task you should write down captions to the pictures and put them in the alphabetical order. But you'll have only 3 min. 1-2-3 Go. (приложение №1)

T.: Time is over. Let's check it up. Please, read the words in the alphabetical order.

P.: Carpet, dining room, kitchen, living room, picture, TV-set, wall unit.

T.: Thank you. You've got a score. Hand in the cards and the judges will correct mistakes.

4. Конкурс№3-грам. Задание

T.: Task 3. You should correct mistakes. You'll have seven min. 1-2-3 Go.

T.: Time is over. Please, hand in the cards. The judges will check it up.(приложение №2)

5. Конкурс№4-развитие навыков говорения

T.: And last task is the following. One of the teams will describe the picture and the other will draw it. Then we'll compare the picture with the drawing. To decide who will start, please, pull a strip. Ok, we have distributed the roles. The 1^st team makes up sentences with the construction "there is/are" and prepositions. Each member of the team should say a sentence. (приложении №3)

P.: There is a sofa in the living room.

P.: There is a small table in front of the sofa in the living room.

P.: There is a lamp on the left from the sofa in the corner of the room.

P.: There is a clock on the right from the sofa.

P.: There is a picture on the wall above the sofa.

P.: There is a wall unit opposite the sofa.

P.: There is a flower and two magazines on the table.

T.: Let's compare the picture with the drawing. I think they are similar. Thank you.

III.Заключительный этап:

6. Объяснение домашнего задания

T.: Your home task is to make up a story about your house.

7. Рефлексия

T.: Our contest is over. We've done a lot at the lesson. While the judges are summing up the scores, in your copybooks write down all the words that you have remembered at the lesson.

8. Подведение итогов

T.: The winner of the contest is … All the members of the team get excellent marks. The other team gets good marks. Thank you. I'm very pleased with your work. The lesson is over. Good bye.
