Задачи урока: 1.Совершенствовать речевые навыки учащихся.

2. Активизировать употребление лексики предыдущих уроков.

3. Развивать умение понимать на слух с общим охватом содержания.

4. Работать над грамматическим материалом - страдательным залогом в настоящем времени.

Воспитательные задачи: Прививать школьникам любовь и уважительное отношение к природе.

Ход урока:

1. Начало урока. Приветствие. (Слайд №1)

Today we are going to discuss the problem of environmental protection. You know that people all over the world are worried about the environment. The issue is important. Our city Zlatoust is beautiful. There are some ecological problems in our area. (Слайды № 2 - 5)

2. Look at the screen. There are pictures about nature there. ( На экране картины русских художников). Our nature is so beautiful. And what is happening today?

3. (Слайд № 6) Look at these pictures. Let's start. What ecological problems do we have? (Картинки о загрязнении окружающей среды). Read them.

4. (Cлайд № 7) Работа с лексикой.

At first we must repeat all the words we need today. Look at them. Match the words with their Russian equivalents.

I'm Mr. …, the President of the Clean up the Countryside Society in Chelyabinsk-region. You know that polluted air, water and land are harmful to plants, animals and people. As a result of our investigations we have found out that the central part of our district is polluted. 60% of air pollution is caused by different means of transport: cars, trucks and buses. The local industries pour their wastes into the Ai. Modern lifestyle, in which people do little exercise, use cars instead of walking, watch television for many hours and work computers is leading us to catastrophe. We have to do something about this. Let us set up our own "clean up the Countryside Society for children". Its members will take part in actions for cleaning up, tree and flower planting, protection wildlife, and organizing outdoor activities.
