Достопримечательности Лондона

Цели урока: · систематизировать и обобщить изученный материал по теме «Sights of London»

 Учащиеся должны совершенствовать умение говорить по теме в монологической и диалогической речи;

 Учащиеся должны развивать способности к продуктивной речевой деятельности, к обобщению.

Задачи урока:

1. Воспитательные:

-формировать у учащихся уважение и интерес к культуре и народу Великобритании;

-формировать у учащихся потребность уважение и интерес к культуре и народу Великобритании;

-формировать потребность в практическом использовании английского языка в социально-культурной сфере;

-воспитывать культуру общения

2. Развивающие:

-развивать у учащихся интерес к изучению англий ского языка

-углублять познавательные мотивы

-развивать эмоциональную сферу у учащихся и их актерские способности

3. Образовательные:

-Обобщить и расширить знания у учащихся о столице Великобритании, обычаях и традициях страны;

-расширить общий и лингвистический кругозор учащихся

4.Практические:

-развивать у учащихся умения монологической и диалогической речи

-учить учащихся применять грамматическую структуру Present Perfect

-развивать умение выступать публично с подготовленным устным сообщением на заданную тему.

. презентация PowerPoint «Достопримечательности Лондона»;

. видео «Лондон»

. карточки с вопросами Quiz «What do you know about London?»

Ход урока

I.Орг. момент.

-Good morning my dear boys and girls, our guests and teachers! I'm glad to meet you at our lesson! Ноw are you? Sit down, please!

(Урок начинается с маленького фрагмента видеофильма «Невероятная экскурсия по Лондону», который виртуально переносит учащихся в столицу Великобритании и настраивает на урок)

II. Актуализация знаний, формулирование темы урока.

Teacher: Have you ever been to London?

Ss: No, I haven't. / I've never been to London.

Teacher: Would you like to go to London?

Ss: Yes, I would

Teacher: Would you like to learn more about the capital of the UK?

Teacher: I offer you to visit it. So, did you guess the theme of our lesson?

Yes, right you are ,,Places of interest in London"

III. Фонетическая зарядка.

-Listen to the poem (слайд 2):

Pussy-cat, pussy-cat, where have you been?

I've been to London to look at the Queen.

Pussy-cat, pussy-cat, what did you do there?

I frightened a little mouse under a chair.

-Read the poem aloud.

IV. Речевая разминка

Teacher: -When you travel in other countries and cities you can see a lot of interesting places.

What are they?

Students: museums, galleries, monuments, theatres, parks, square, etc.

Teacher:-What places is London rich in?

V. Актуализация лексических навыков.

Teacher: What places of interest in London do you know? Match the two parts of word-expressions to get the names of the sights in London. (Слайд 3)

Students: называют достопримечательности.

VI. Проверка домашнего задания.

Teacher: Your hometask was to tell about the places of interest in London.

Teacher: Look at the sights of London, those who go to the blackboard will be guides others will be tourists. Tourists can ask questions (Слайды 2-12)

Ss: рассказывают о достопримечательностях, открывается слайд с изображением.

VII. Физкультминутка.

(дети выходят к доске 4 ученика изображают мост остальные проходят через мост)

IX . Актуализация навыков диалогической речи.

Teacher: - Would you like to go to London? Imagine that we are in London. We'd like to see some places of interest. But we don't know the way. Let's ask some Londoners for help. Work out the dialogue. Put the phrases in the correct order. Then read it and act out.

Dialogue (слайд 18)

• Excuse me, please. Could you tell me how to get to Trafalgar Square?

• Oh, it's very easy. Go along this street and it will lead you to Trafalgar Square.

• Thank you very much.

• You are welcome. Have a nice day.

Ss: разыгрывают получившиеся диалоги.

IX. Чтение. Let's remember London's parks and gardens. Look at the screen, Put the missing words from above and read the text
