Методическая разработка урока «Визитная карточка города Муравленко»

для учащихся 5 класса

ТЕЗИСЫ

Цель: Обобщение лексико-грамматического материала по изучаемой теме через комплексную реализацию воспитательных, развивающих, практических и образовательных задач, направленных на всестороннее развитие личности учащихся.

Задачи:

- образовательная: формирование навыков и умений самостоятельного решения элементарных коммуникативных задач в устной речи и чтении, формирование навыков самоконтроля и контроля речи других детей, приобретение элементарных страноведческих знаний;

- развивающая: развитие у детей психических функций памяти, внимания, воображения, познавательных способностей (словесного логического мышления, осознания языковых явлений), эмоционально-волевой сферы.

- воспитательная: способствовать воспитанию положительного отношения к изучаемому предмету, формированию внутренних мотивов учения, создающих интерес к предмету.

Проектная деятельность на уроке иностранного языка становится в настоящее время доминирующей и актуальной.

Разработка данного урока(урок-проект) представляет ценность, т.к. основана на изучении и отборе материала с учетом регионального компонента. Учащиеся проделали большую работу в поиске материала и изучении тематической лексики(посещение местного краеведческого музея, чтение статей, книг, организация встречи с детьми- представителями коренных народов, посещение выставки прикладного искусства).

Особенность этой разработки состоит в том, что она опирается на деятельностный аспект осознанного овладения всеми видами речевой деятельности английского языка и основывается на сравнении культурных традиций народов разных стран, воспитании чувства патриотизма и гордости за свой родной край. Поэтому, чтобы овладение знаниями и говорение на иностранном языке стали для учащихся потребностью, необходимо апеллировать к методам развития познавательного интереса, опирающиеся на неожиданность, занимательность, на создание ситуации успеха, ролевые игры.

Цель урока:

- формирование и развитие у учащихся исследовательских навыков на материале о родном городе и крае.

- воспитание патриотизма, любви к родному краю.

Задачи урока:

- совершенствование языковой компетенции по разделам: аудирование, говорение, письмо;

- развитие когнитивных способностей учащихся на основе страноведческого материала по теме «Мой город»;

- воспитание у учащихся чувства патриотизма, гордости за свой родной край, толерантности к народам, живущим в их городе.

- воспитание уважения к традициям коренных народов края.

Muravlenko, the founder of our town, and this year we're going to celebrate the 30-th anniversary of our town. That's why, at the lesson we'll try to make our guests believe that our town is worth visiting! What do you usually say when you want to invite somebody?

- Are you ready?

- Tell me, please, what every town is usually famous for?

№5. ТЕКСТ О ГОРОДЕ МУРАВЛЕНКО

My Native Town.

I live in the town of Muravlenko. It is situated in Siberia, in Yamalo-Nenetsky autonomous region. The climate here is severe: it's nearly 50 below zero in winter and about 40 above zero in summer. Summer is very short here and winter lasts for 9 months. The nature is beautiful, you can see here many lakes full of fish; our region is rich in berries and mushrooms, and the animal world is various here, too.

Muravlenko is one of the oil-and-gas centres of Yamal region. But the main treasure of my town is people. They are of different nationalities but they live a very big friendly family.

The town is named after its founder Victor Ivanovich Muravlenko. There is the monument to him on the central square of our town. Our town is very young, this year we celebrate its 25-th anniversary. It's nice, cosy, clean, white in winter and bright in summer. Muravlenko has a very rich History museum, a big park, two Art Schools, several secondary schools, a college, skating-rinks, a sport complex and a swimming-pool, a Palace of Culture, which give the children and grown ups the opportunity to develop their talents, to be healthy and well-educated. My town is the best one. I like it very much. Welcome to my town!

№6. ПРИМЕРНЫЕ ВЫСКАЗЫВАНИЯ О ГОРОДЕ:

- Our town is young. It is 25 this year. The town of Muravlenko is nice, clean and cosy. It is white in winter and bright in summer. Muravlenko is not very large but it has a lot of places of interest. Welcome to Muravlenko!

- There is a Christian church and Muslim mosque in the town. People of different nationalities can visit them on some day. Welcome to Muravlenko!

- The children of Muravlenko get good education here. We have a lot of kindergardens, primary and secondary schools, musical and art schools, a college and a university here. Welcome to Muravlenko!

- The people of Muravlenko are healthy and strong. They can do sports all year round in sport clubs, sport centres, stadiums, skating rings and a swimming-pool. Welcome to Muravlenko!

- You can also visit a very beautiful park with a big lake in Muravlenko. Children can play on the playgrounds and their parents watch the concerts in the park. There is a monument to Mother and Child in the park and a beautiful fountain in the middle of the lake. Welcome to Muravlenko!

- Our town has a very rich History Museum. You can visit it and learn much about the town, native people of Yamal, plant and animal world. Welcome to Muravlenko!

- If you are ill or catch a cold you can visit the hospital and get a good treatment. Welcome to Muravlenko!

- There is a town square in the centre of Muravlenko. It is always crowded with people. In its middle there is a monument to V. I. Muravlenko, the founder of our town. Welcome to Muravlenko!

- Just opposite the square there is the residence of the Town Manager.

- There are a lot of shops and supermarkets in the town where you can buy every thing you want. Welcome to Muravlenko!

- You can see a lot of transport in the streets. Practically every family has its own car. Besides, you can also go by bus or by taxi. Welcome to Muravlenko!

- Muravlenko is situated in tundra. The summer is very short but the forest is rich in berries and mushrooms. Welcome to Muravlenko!

- The Palace of Culture "Ukraina" is the place for concerts, shows, performances, meetings and contests. Welcome to Muravlenko!
