План внеклассного мероприятия по английскому языку по теме: «Использование музыки на уроке» («Using Music in the Classroom»).

Цель урока:

совершенствовать умение обучающихся в использовании английского языка, как средства общения в рамках темы: «Использование музыки на уроках», развивать навыки аудирования, говорения и письменной речи.

Познавательный аспект: расширение лексического запаса по данной теме.

Развивающий аспект: развитие языковой догадки, развитие способности к сравнению и сопоставлению полученных знаний, способности их излагать.

Воспитательный аспект: воспитание уважительного, толерантного отношения к культуре страны изучаемого языка, более глубокое осознание своей родной культуры, воспитание чувства прекрасного, чувства уважения к другим людям и к себе, осознание значения музыки в жизни человека.

Учебный аспект: развитие речевых умений.

Коммуникативные задачи:

Активизировать изученные лексические единицы по данной теме.

Развивать умение аудирования с общим пониманием и с извлечением нужной информации.

Развивать умение говорения на основе прослушанного.

Развивать произносительные навыки.

Развивать память и внимание учащихся.

Стимулировать желание учащихся общаться на английском языке.

Использовать песню, как эмоционально окрашенную составляющую, для создания условий по формированию внутренней, осознанной мотивации к изучению английского языка.

Оснащение: компьютер, проектор, экран, раздаточный материал для парной и групповой работы.

План - конспект урока.

  1. Начало урока. Приветствие. Постановка цели.

T. Hello, boys and girls. I hope everybody is fine today. Don't get nervous, be energetic and optimistic. I see your happy, smiling faces and it makes me feel happy too. The topic of our lesson is "Music in the classroom".

But before we start I want you to speak about your morning routine. For example, I start my day with the morning exercises, then I have a shower, drink tea and so on… Talk in pairs and then tell us about your partners routine.

P1. Liz begins her day with the bath, then she has breakfast, gets dressed and goes to school.

  1. Введение и объяснение лексических единиц;

T. Now I want to present you some new words:

diner - it's a kind of a café where people usually have their meal or drink tea or coffee;

counter - it's a noun formed from a verb, it's a place in a diner where people wait for their order;

horoscope - Do you believe the horoscope? I do when it's written something good.

funnies - Americans usually call comics - funnies;

reflection - you can see the reflection in a mirror;

cause - here it means because;

hitch - it's a verb I'll show you, we can hitch trousers, tights, jeans. What else can we hitch…? May be a scarf.

  1. Прослушивание песни в первый раз, после чего нужно ответить на 3 вопроса.

T. Now please listen to the song, after it you will have to answer 3 questions:

What is the weather like?

P3. It's raining.

What time of the day is it?

P4. It's morning.

  1. Прослушивание песни во второй раз, во время которого нужно собрать части песни в правильном порядке;

T. You will get all the parts of this song, put them in order, so listen to the song for the 2nd time.


I am sitting in the morning at the diner on the corner.
I am waiting at the counter for the man to pour the coffee .1


"It is always nice to see you" says the man behind the counter
To the woman who has come in , she is shaking her umbrella 3

And I look the other way as they are kissing their hellos ;
I'm pretending not to see them and instead I pour the milk .4

And he fills it only halfway and before I even argue
He is looking out the window at somebody coming in.2

And I'm turning to the horoscope and looking for the funnies ;

When I'm feeling someone watching me and so I raise my head 6

There's a woman on the outside looking inside - Does she see me?
No she does not really see me cause she sees her own reflection .7

I open up the paper there's a story of an actor
Who had died while he was drinking, It was no one I had heard of 5

And I'm trying not to notice that she's hitching up her skirt
And while she's straightening her stockings her hair is getting wet .8

And of the midnight picnic once upon a time before the rain began...
and I finish up my coffee and It's time to catch the train …..10

Oh, this rain - it will continue through the morning as I'm listening
To the bells of the cathedral I am thinking of your voice...9

T. You will get the song with some gaps, write the missing words using a pencil.
