KARNAK IS MY BIRTHPLACE

She is rich and rare land

Oh! She is a fresh and fare land

She is a dear and rare land.

This native land of mine.

She is not a dull or cold land

No! She is a warm and bold land

Oh! She is true and old land

This native land of mine.

1. The view of Karnak.

There is no place like home. Yes, best of places is our own village or town. We always remember it when we leave it far another part of the country.

The beauty of nature is a very good thing but there are things which may be more important to people. We may be proud of the history of our homeland, of it's historical traditions. We live in the oldest village of Karnak. It is my birthplace. It is situated near Karatag mountains.

2. The Karatag mountain.

It is a very big, beautiful and well-known village. Our village is about 2000 years old. It is called second Bukhara. There were 13 mosques and 4 madrassahs in Karnak. One of them is Shammat Eshon madrasah It was built in the 18^th century. It is a history museum now.

The pot which is situated in Hodja Ahmad Yassauiy building is made in Karnak in 1399 by Abdul-Aziz Tabrazy

There are many sacred places in our village. Some of them are "Mukim ata", "Imom Bohiliy ata" and others . There are shops, a hospital, a post office, four secondary schools, kindergartens, cafes, wedding houses, a bank, a club and mosques in our village.

About 11.600 people live in Karnak. Many doctors, teachers, engineers, writers, poets, scientists, architects, lawyers were born in our village, The great Uzbek writers Odil Yakubov, Sunnatulla Anarbaev, Sadulla Siyayev were born, grew up and got education in our village too.

We study at Mahmud Kashgariy school. We love our teachers very much. One of our teachers Dolimjon Sayfullaev is our pride. He wrote a big "Kazakh-Uzbek" dictionary book. Now many people of Kazakhstan use this dictionary. He writes interesting things about our village. We can read them from the newspapers and magazines. Karnak is the most beautiful village for us . The nature of our village is a very good. There are many wide streets and big gardens here.

The weather is cold in winter. You can see snow everywhere. Children enjoy to play snowballs, to skate and ski.

6. Winter in Karnak.

Spring is a very nice season. The weather is fine, it is warm. There are many green trees in the streets, in the yards. Sometimes it rains. The birds return from the hot countries and make their nests. The mountains are covered with tulips and other flowers. It looks like a big park . We always travel in the mountains in spring.

6. Spring in Karnak.

Summer is the hottest season of the year. The hot sun ripens the corn and fruit ,the people get ready for the harvest.

In autumn the weather is brilliant clear in our village. The orchards are full of fruit. There are plenty of peaches, plums, grapes, apples, pears, in the orchards.

Our people grow wheat, carrots, potatoes, onions, tomato, radish, beet, melons, water-melons.

We celebrated the 2000^th anniversary of our village in this year. A new school , a kindergarten, a café, a wedding house, a square and shops were built. Many roads were repaired.

I love my motherland because it's my birthplace, the family live in it, I have many friends here. We go to school together and we do many interesting and important things.

"Every bird likes its nest". Yes, we like our own "nest" and shall do our best to make it the most beautiful place on earth. We are proud with our village.
