• Teacher writes the new words on the blackboard and tell the children to copy them into their notebooks.

Listen and read.

• Ask the children to open their books on page 8. tell the children to look at the pictures for a minute by themselves. Tell the children to point to a picture of a children.

Choose and circle.

• Tell the children to look at the pictures and ask the class what is in each picture. Read the example aloud to the class. then tell the children to read the sentences next to the pictures on their own. Explain that they must choose the correct sentence for each picture and draw a circle around it.
