The theme (Topic): Looking for fashionable clothes

The type of lesson: Learning of New Material

New material:

1) some English words used only in the plural jeans, pyjamas, leggings, shorts;

2) present simple to speak about the future

New Words: scarf, sweater, sandal, jacket

Equipment: а screen, а tablet computer; sound record of the text about Miranda's favourite pastimes

Aims:

Educational aims:

1. Learning of New Words on the theme "Clothes";

2. Checking the vocabulary knowledge on the theme "Clothes";

3. Learning of some grammatical points (Present simple to speak about the future);

Developing aims:

1. Developing speaking skills;

2. Developing listening skills;

3. Developing writing skills;

4. Developing thinking, attention, imagination, skills of working with tablet computers;

Brining up aims:

1. Promoting interest in the English language;

2. Training skill of listening to interlocutors, ability to work in group, ability to cooperate;
