The theme of the lesson: "I speak three languages: Kazakh, Russian, English"

The aims of the lesson:

Educational: to explain the new material, to present forms of the Present tense and consolidate the grammar through exercises; to increase pupils' interest in English language.

Developing: to develop critical thinking skill, speaking and communicative skills in oral speech.

Bringing-up: to bring up patriots of their Motherland: to respect people of different nationalities; to love of the foreign language and to teach them to be tidy, polite and friendly.

Type: introduction of new material.

Methods of teaching: question-answer, pair work, playing a game.

Visual aids: an interactive board, cards, spider gram, picture and stickers.

Inter subject connection: Kazakh, Russian.

Procedure of the lesson:

I. Organization moment:
Teacher: Good morning pupils!
Pupil: Good morning teacher!
Teacher: Thank you, sit down, please! Who is on duty today?
Pupil: I am on duty today!
Teacher: Who is absent?
Pupil: All are present.
Teacher: What date is it today?
Teacher: Thank you, take you seat, please.

II. Presentation.

Today at the lesson we'll speak about seasons and about weather, revise lexis, grammas that we have studied at the previous lesson. We'll do different tasks, play games, sing songs. Before beginning our lesson. Let me check up your home task I'll give you visit card and your task is to complete it.

III Brainstorming. Listen to me and answer my questions.

T: How many seasons are there in a year?

S: There are four seasons in a year.

T: What are they?

S: Winter ,spring summer, autumn. Right you are!

T: Look at the blackboard! What season can you see in the picture?

S: It's winter. It is cloudy. The tree hasn't leaves.

T: What month is it now? It is April.

What can be the weather like in spring? Let's complete a spider gram giving associations to the word "Weather"

For every right answer you will get a star. (Сіздерге тапсырма ауа-райына қатысты білетін сөздеріңмен өрмекші қаңқасын толтырып бұлтты ашу).

S: Sunny, rainy cloudy. frosty, windy, hot, cold, warm.

T: Right you are! Thank you.

Let's sing our" Weather song".
