Развитие орфографического навыка.  Ход урока    1. Оргмомент. (Приветствие. Сообщение целей урока)  Good morning, pupils. Sit down, please. Nice to meet you. I hope you are fine today and ready to work hard at the lesson. Today at the lesson we’ll go on speaking on the topic “English-speaking countries”. Besides it we’ll revise continents, countries and their capitals, learn new information and act dialogues out. You see? OK! Let’s begin with phonetic work.  2. Фонетическая разминка.  Will you look at the blackboard, please? You see some words. Let’s pronounce them together. Now read the words after me.  Antarctica, Wellington, London, Ottawa, Canberra, Europe, Asia, Washington, Moscow  Read the words again yourselves. Follow your pronunciation. Alina, please.  4. Group the places into 4 columns  Countries: Belarus, the USA, Australia, India, New Zealand, Britain  Continents: Africa, South America, Australia, Europe, Asia, Antarctica  Capitals: Minsk, London, Moscow, Ottawa, Rome, Paris  Nationalities: Australian, Canadian, English, Belarusian, Chinese, Indian.  2. What are the following places famous for:  -Egypt, Australia, China, the USA, Russia, Belarus, Africa  -The Great Wall of China, The Pyramids, kangaroos, the Kremlin, 8. Развитие навыков диалогической речи.  Now you are representatives of different countries. Think of questions you would like to ask people when you first meet them. At last try to make up your own dialogue.  -How do you do? My name is .. .  -Pleased to meet you. My name is ….  - How are you?  -Fine thanks.  - Where are you from?  - I’m from … . And you?  -I’m from ….. I live in ….  Work in pairs and use the dialogue you have just read.  9. Итог урока.  Home task. Ex. 23 p. 106 Read the dialogue and answer the questions

1. Оргмомент. (Приветствие. Сообщение целей урока)
Good morning, pupils. Sit down, please. Nice to meet you. I hope you are fine today and ready to work hard at the lesson. Today at the lesson we'll go on speaking on the topic "English-speaking countries". Besides it we'll revise continents, countries and their capitals, learn new information and act dialogues out. You see? OK! Let's begin with phonetic work.

2. Фонетическая разминка.
Will you look at the blackboard, please? You see some words. Let's pronounce them together. Now read the words after me.
Antarctica, Wellington, London, Ottawa, Canberra, Europe, Asia, Washington, Moscow
Read the words again yourselves. Follow your pronunciation. Alina, please.
