по теме «My life»
Учитель: Ковальская Н. И.
Цель урока: развитие иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции у учащихся.
Задачи:
а) Учебный аспект:
-
закрепление лексики по теме «Повседневная жизнь»;

развитие умения аудирования;
-
тренировка фонетических навыков;
-
тренировка грамматических навыков.
б) Воспитательный аспект:
-
воспитывать культуру общения в разных видах речевой деятельности;

воспитывать любознательность.
г) Развивающий аспект:

развивать языковую догадку, память, внимание;
-
повышать мотивацию к изучению иностранного языка;
-
развивать умение выбирать нужную информацию из прослушанного текста.

Ход урока:
ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННЫЙ МОМЕНТ.

Приветствие учащихся.
Teacher: Good morning, children. I'm very glad to see you. How are you? Who's absent today?

Teacher: At the lesson we're going to read, to talk about Amy's year, about your projects, to do some training exercises, to listen and to speak.

'We eat our bread and honey' days.
Saturdays and Sundays:
'Relax and have some fun' days.

January
We go back to school after the
Christmas holidays. Sometimes it
snows and we go sledging in the
park.
February
We have a week's holiday for half
term. 1 usually go skiing with my
parents and Edward.
March
March is a boring month. I don't
do anything special. It rains a lot
and it's very windy.
April
We have two weeks' holiday for
Easter. We get Easter eggs. Mmm -
lots of lovely chocolate.
May
My birthday is on 10 May and 1
always have a birthday party. At
the end of the month we have a
week's holiday for half term.
June
I like June. The weather is warm
and sunny. We have our school
sports day and we go on a school
trip to the zoo or a museum.
July
The summer holidays start in the
middle of July. Great! No school
for six weeks.
August
In August I usually go to stay with
my cousin, Sophie, for two weeks.
She doesn't live in England. She
lives on a farm in Scotland. I help
on the farm. I really enjoy it.
September
We go back to school after the
summer holidays. Sophie's
birthday is in September and I
send her a present.
October
I buy three birthday presents in
October. Mum, Dad and Edward
all have their birthdays in
October. Edward doesn't have a
party. lie says he's too old for
parties. (He's only fourteen!) He
goes to the cinema with his
friends instead. We have another
half term holiday in October.
November
I don't like November, it's cold
and dark and the days are very
short.
December
December is my favourite month.
We have two weeks' holiday for
Christmas and I get lots of
presents. Sophie comes to our
house for Christmas with her
parents and we have a good time.

The teacher divides the class into small groups of 3 or 4 to discuss the month they like or don't like with their reasons and invites one member from each group to tell another group about their discussions.
e.g. I like July and August, but Tanya likes April and May. I don't like September and Kirill doesn't like November because …….

Teacher: You are going to hear seven conversations. The first conversation is an example.

Teacher: What tense do we use in the first sentence? Why?
S.: The Present Continuous, because we are talking about something that is happening now.
Teacher: What tense do we use in the second sentence? Why?
