Внеклассное мероприятие по английскому языку для 6 класса

Тема мероприятия: "Do you know grammar?"

Главная цель мероприятия: закрепление приобретённых учащимися навыков и умений, необходимых для говорения на иностранном языке, активизация у учащихся творческих способностей при подготовке и проведении мероприятия;

Сопутствующие задачи: развитие языковой догадки, активизация мыслительной деятельности, направленной на употребление грамматических конструкций на практике;

развитие умений учащихся работать в коллективе, распределять задания, позволяя каждому члену группы участвовать в работе.

Воспитательная цель: воспитание уважения к каждому участнику, воспитания умений слаженно работать в коллективе

Образовательная цель: совершенствование говорения на иностранном языке, формирование умения четко выполнять задания по предложенным параметрам в точно указанный срок

Оснащение мероприятия: мантии и волшебные палочки для каждого ребёнка, метлы;

цветы и шарики для украшения доски, рисунки детей, посвящённые празднику, музыка, костюмы для спектакля.

Предварительное задание:

1) подготовить приветствие (дать характеристику команде и отдельным её представителям), выбрать капитана команды.

2) подготовить песню на английском языке;

3) подготовить по 3 грамматических вопроса (обязательно с письменными ответами) и по 3 загадки на английском языке.

Сценарий

Ведущий: Hello, Ladies and Gentlemen. We're glad to see you at our grammatical competition.

Today the participants of our contest aren't ordinary pupils. Specially for you, the students from great magic school Hogwarts flew on their brooms to show their knowledge of English grammar.

I hope our guests will appear here to your thunderous applause!

В кабинете включается торжественная музыка, объявляются факультеты из произведения Joan Rowling "Harry Potter":

Ведущий: HUFFLEPUFF (появляются участники первой команды)

Ведущий: RAVENCLAW (появляются участники второй команды)

Ведущий: GRYFFINDOR (появляются участники третей команды)

Ведущий: SLYTHERIN (появляются участники четвёртой команды)

Ведущий: Our first contest is "Greeting". The teams are to greet each other, to show their emblem and to introduce the members of their teams. (Команды приветствуют друг друга, сообщают своё название, показывают эмблему, представляют членов команды)

Ведущий: Our second contest is "Blitz". Each team prepared 3 grammatical questions at home.

Now one team will ask the others questions. The answer should be not only correct but also very fast. Only the first team, that will give the right answer, will win a score. (Каждая команда задаёт другим по 3 вопроса, на которые нужно быстро ответить, так как учитывается не только правильность, но и быстрота ответа).

Ведущий: HUFFLEPUFF, put a question to RAVENCLAW. RAVENCLAW, if your answer will be wrong the other teams will gain a chance to give their answers. (Каждая команда задаёт по одному вопросу другим трём командам; если отвечающая команда даёт неверный ответ, то возможность ответить переходит к другим двум командам.)

Ведущий: Our third contest is "English Tense". Teams, you'll get a text. Put the sentences of the text in the Past Simple. You may add a word or a phrase to some of sentences to show the past time. Leave out a word if necessary.

My birthday

Today's my birthday, so I have a holiday today. On my birthday I always do my work early in the morning so that I'm free for the day. This year my birthday is on Tuesday. I have a present for my birthday; here it is in my hand. I'm 16 today.

Guessing game: What is it?

1. It shows when an action takes place. (The tense of a verb)

2. It consists of 2 parts. The first part is some form of the present tense of the verb to be (am, is are). The second part is the form of the verb that ends -ing. (The present Continuous)

3. This kind of verbs has no -s in the third person singular, and no do/does in the questions. (Modal verbs)

4. This verb is used to express strong obligation, based on law or rule. (Must)

5. This verb is used to express general obligation based on circumstances. (Have to)

6. This verb expresses negative obligation - it's very important not to do something. (Mustn't)

7. This verb expresses the absence of obligation - you can if you want to but it isn't necessary.

8. This kind of verbs has no -ing form, and is followed by infinitive without to. (Modal verbs)
