The theme of the lesson:   Marriage. The aim of the lesson: Совершенствование умение правильно употреблять, выбирать лексику. Выработка навыков правописания английских слов. Развивать устную речь, активизировать познавательную деятельность учащихся, стимулировать и развивать мыслительную деятельность. Воспитывать положительное восприятие брака, семейные отношении. Equipments: Интерактивная доска, карточки со словами. Procedure of the lesson:                      I. Organization moment. a)     Greeting b)    Checking up absents c)     Talking about the weather, date, day.   II. Learning new theme.                         Speaking of the teacher: -         Today  we are going to speak about “Marriage”. I give new vocabulary which you can use them on the lesson. In Kazakh proverb says “ Отан от басынан басталады”, the translation into English means “Native land begins from the family ”. You know that marriage is a family attitude between man and woman. Marriage can be for love and loveless marriage. -         Now, I want to know your opinions. (group work) -         What kind of marriage do you prefer? -         Why? -         Although psychologists think that loveless marriage can be longest. Because marriage planed on. If you pay attention to the diagram, you`ll see the average age of marriage of men and women in Britain, Kazakhstan The USA in statistics. (I`ll work with diagram of the average age of marriage) -         Let`s compare the average ages of countries. Ex: In Tupkaragan region for 2007 year had been 187 marriages, but the number of divorces are 13 for this year. -         What does it mean? -         Of course, the numbers of divorces are grow. III. Vocabulary work. -  You have a list with new words. Let`s fasten words doing exercise 1 at the black board. You must to put these words where necessary. (working on the black board)

The theme of the lesson: Marriage.

Speaking of the teacher:

  • Today we are going to speak about "Marriage". I give new vocabulary which you can use them on the lesson. IV. Checking up home task

  • Let`s speak about the early marriage. Your home task was to make information about advantage and disadvantage of the early marriage. At the last lesson I have divided you into two groups. The first group must make up information about advantage of early marriage. The second group must make up information about disadvantage of early marriage.

Questions: (individual and common works)

  1. What does the early marriage mean?

  2. Advantage of the early marriage?

  3. Disadvantage of the early marriage?

  4. Do you want to marry early? Why?

V. Fastening.

- Today, we spoke and discussed about marriage, now fasten our new theme doing exercise 2. Answer the questions.



  • What did you decide for you on this lesson?

  • Ok. I want to tell in a few words that before young people stand the task finding that ideal age for the beginning of the family life when they want and can.

VI. Home task

  • Take your home task for the next time. Exercise 4 at page 140. Read and retell the text. Exercise 8. Discuss the questions and to learn by heart new words.

VII. Marking

  • You work hard for today`s lesson. I`ll give your marks.
