The aims of the lesson:

Dear teachers, pupils and guests! I congratulate you with languages holiday. The 22nd of September is the language holiday in the Republic of Kazakhstan. At first it is our national holiday, at the same time it is the respect according to other nationalities that live in our country. More than 100 nationalities live in Kazakhstan. Each of them has their own language, mother tongue.

Mother tongue - is the pride, wealth and the heritage of each nationality. As our president N.A.Nazarbaev says we must be popular as a cultured people who speak in three languages. They are: Kazakh language - the official language, Russian language - the international language and English language - is both world tendency and necessity.

Not only Kazakh nation, but all nationalities who live in our country should know and speak free in these languages.

Let's have a short discussion about languages. There are many different reasons why people study foreign languages.

Why do you learn foreign languages?

P: to be better educated;

P: to get a good job;

P: to travel abroad;

P: to be familiar with social and cultural life of other countries;

P: to be able to participate in conversation with people from other countries.

What do you think? Is it difficult or easy to learn foreign languages? What difficulties do you think someone learning foreign languages would have?

P: I think it is difficult to learn foreign languages, there are many grammatical features.

P: We should have enough vocabulary to say what we want.

Россия парламентарная Республика. Государством управляет президент.

Государственный язык Республики - русский язык.

Столица Республики - Москва. Россия одна из самых больших государств в мире. Она находится в северной части Азии и в западной части Европы.

Москва являеться политическим, научным, културным и индустриальным центром.

Климат России прохладный. Основную часть природы занимают леса.

В России много больших, красивых, исторических городов. Россия являеться одним из самых крупных развитых стран мира.

England

England consists of two parts: United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The official language of England is English language. Its capital is London. London is one of the beautiful and big cities of the world. It is situated on the river Thames. There are many sightseeing in London. About 1000 people a day come to see the sightseeing of London.

The climate of England is warm. It is often rains in England…..
