Yutazinsky District Рассказ на тему: Ютазинский район

Yutazinsky District is an administrative and municipal district, one of the forty-three in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. It is located in the southeast of the republic. The area of the district is 759 square kilometers (293 sq mi).

Its administrative center is the urban locality (an urban-type settlement) of Urussu. Population:21,615 (2010 Census) population of Urussu accounts for 49.4% of the district's total population. Urussu is a town type settlement. It's located in the left bank of the river Ik. The settlement has some main roads that has a great importance for the republic and the district economy. It's a very good opportunity to import goods to other cities from different plants. It has also a railway station that helps people to get to such big cities as Moscow, Ulyanovsk, Ufa, Chelyabinsk and others. There are a lot of industrial plants, construction companies and wholesale stores in the territory of Urussu. Trading and restaurant business are also developing branches: more than 70 shops, supermarkets, several cafes, clubs in Urussu.

Education has the main position in the social life of Urussu. There are four schools, five kindergartens, music schools, the center of children's creation, libraries, a stadium, a sporting health-improving complex. This complex is always full of young and old people, because our government gives particular attention to sport and health. People can swim in its big swimming pool; go in for track and field athletics, weightlifting etc.

Yutazinsky District is rich in history. You can see a famous obelisk for the heroes who has dead in the World War the Second in the village Utazi. This monument is famous for its letter that was addressed to a future generation. A content of the letter is a mystery nowadays. It will be opened in 2017.

An ancient village Bairyaka was based at the end of the 16th and at the beginning of the 17th century. It is worth visiting a stone mosque of the 19th century that is changed as a museum of regional studies in Bairyaka. The museum contains many different valuable archeological finds, also archival documents and photos about the history of the village.

People are hardworking, kind and friendly here. They like to celebrate a lot of various festivals and holidays, such as: Sabantuy, Nauruz, Maslennitsa etc. Many of the holidays have become very popular, common and loved by all.
