                                                                           Level:  9 The theme of the lesson   Education  for 21st century  Aims  to enlarge students’ knowledge on the theme, to enrich students’  lexicon through new vocabulary. To develop students’ speaking, reading and retelling skills; to develop students’ interest in research works.  to interest in learning English, in learning education system in Great Britain and in our country Kazakhstan. Focus Reading, speaking, writing and listening in English Language Teaching. Teaching results Students  can speak about their school. They can compare” Schools in Britain” and” Schools in Kazakhstan.” They can use new words in their speech and they can speak about their  typical school day. In the 21st century educators must create a curriculum that will help students connect with the world and understand the issues that our world faces. There are many skills that children will need in order to be successful in the 21st century. Here are a few of the most important 21st century skills:   Cards information from the internet   10 minutes   Work in groups:  Teacher show the slide with the  different  pictures  of  schools.
