Использование сингапурского метода обучения на уроке английского языка в 5 классе






























Учебник: «Enjoy English» авторов М.З. Биболетова, Н.В. Добрынина, Н.Н.Трубанева, V, Unit 2 «We are going to travel».

Тема урока: «Making dialogues»

Цели урока:

1) Практические. Учащиеся должны научиться:

выразительно читать диалог по ролям;

составлять диалоги по теме;

использовать оборот there is / there are для описания комнаты;

извлекать конкретную информацию из диалога на аудирование.

2)Общеобразовательные:

расширение словарного запаса.

3)Развивающие:

развитие внимания и памяти учащихся;

развитие коммуникативных навыков;

развитие языковой догадки.

4)Воспитательные:

воспитание культуры общения;

способствование созданию условий для эффективной коммуникации, сотрудничества и работы в команде;

воспитание умения внимательно слушать собеседника.

Языковой и речевой материал.

Языковой материал:

Новый - ЛЕ с использованием концепта time: in time, how many times.

Речевой материал: Для повторения: оборот there is / there are; конструкция «to be going to».

Оснащение урока:

интерактивная доска;

иллюстративный материал;

раздаточный материал;

аудиозапись.

Ход урока.

I. Подготовка учащихся к учебной деятельности на иностранном языке.

1) Greeting.

Teacher: Hello, dear children! Do you like the weather today? Why?

Let's begin our lesson. At first greet your face partners, then your shoulder partners and me. I'm glad to see you. Sit down.

2) Ознакомление с темой урока.

Teacher: Today we are going to make dialogues on different themes. You will practice in communication, listening, reading.

3) Фонетическая зарядка с использованием структуры «Jot Thoughts».

Teacher: (Слайд №1). Children, on your tables you have cards. Each of us has to take four cards and to write down four words, which associate with travelling (for example: country, museum, hotel and so on.) Now, let's start!

Madina, would you like to read your words?

Team number 2 speaker number 4, it's your turn to read your words. Great, thank you!

4) Проверка домашнего задания.

Teacher: What was your homework for today? Was the English homework difficult?

Let's check your homework. Your dialogues were excellent, thank you.

II. Ознакомление с новым языковым материалом.

1) Семантизация нового языкового материала

Teacher: You know an English word «time». How do you translate it?

Pupils: Время.

Teacher: Yes. Today we'll learn 2 new expressions with this word: in time and how many times. (Слайд №2)

For example, Our lessons begin at 8:00 a.m. And I always come to school in time.

Pupils: Наши уроки начинаются в 8 часов утра. И я всегда прихожу в школу вовремя.

Teacher: You are clever pupils! But how do you translate: «Lilia, how many times in the week the swimming pool?»

Pupil: Сколько раз в неделю ты ходишь в бассейн?

Teacher: Yes, you are right. Now we will do Continuous Round Robin. (Слайд №3) Each of you read and translate sentence at page 33 ex.23 until the sentences finish. The third pupil starts.

2)Активизация и первичное закрепление нового языкового материала, используя Clock Buddies, High Five.

Teacher: Take you Clock Buddies. It is 1 o'clock. Find your partner and do «High Five». I'll give you some cards with pictures. Look at these pictures and make small dialogue using the expressions «in time», «how many times».

III. Повторение ранее пройденного и развитие всех видов речевой деятельности

1) Развитие навыков письма с использованием структуры Take off - Touch Down.

Teacher: First of all, let's remember our previous lessons, and let's use the construction «going to». Complete the sentences. Use the correct form of «going to» and the following verbs: Draw, take, come, plant, watch, have, make, borrow. (Слайд №4)

1. I'm at the library. I ___ some books.

2. James is cutting some bread. ____(he) a sandwich?

3.____(you) a party on your birthday?

4. My little sister is bored. I____ her to the park.

5. Here's the video cassette. David and I ____ a film.

6. Melanie loves flowers. She ____ a rose bush in the garden.

7. The children have got paper and coloured pens. They ___ a picture.

8. Dad phoned. He ____ home late tonight.

Teacher: Let`s check your answers, using Take off - Touch Down (Слайд №5). One by one you will read one sentence and if you are agree - stand up, and if you are disagree - stay on your sits.

2) Развитие навыков говорения (диалогическая речь) и аудирования.

Teacher: Good of you! You are brilliant! And now let's remember the construction There is/are. What do you know about it? When do we use it? (Слайд №6)

So, let`s practice it. Look at the picture of a small room. Is it similar to your room, or not? Try to make small dialogues the shoulder partner. Use «There is /are». You have 2 minutes. OK, who is ready to act out the dialogues?

3) Развитие навыков аудирования c использованием структуры Round Table.

Teacher: Now let's listen to a dialogue between Paul and Roy. Your task is to understand what they are doing and what they do usually. Please, listen very attentively.

Roy: Here you are, Paul. Hi!
Paul: Hi, Roy. What are you doing?
Roy: I am watching a video. Want to join me?
Paul: I don't think so. Do you remember we wanted to listen to my new CD?
Roy: Of course, I remember and I always listen to music in the evenings.
Paul: But the music is a little bit loud. Are you at home alone?
Roy: No, my mum and my sister are here.
Paul: What are they doing?
Roy: Nelly is doing the homework in her room and mum is cooking the dinner. They always do it in the evening.
Paul: Do they hear the music from your room now?
Roy: Yes, they do but they don't mind it.
Paul: But my parents do. I usually listen to loud music.

Teacher: Now we will check how you were listening. Round Table (Слайд №7). You have cards on your tables. Match the right variants at the given table one by one in your teams. The first pupil starts.

V. Заключительный этап.

а) подведение итогов урока;

Teacher: Did you like our lesson today? What did you like best of all?

б) сообщение домашнего задания;

Teacher: Now open your day-books and write down your homework.

Your task is to write a letter to your English friend. Imagine that a pupil from London is going to visit your school. Write him about your family, your school and favourite lessons, your plans for the weekend, Russian traditions and customs.

в) мотивированное выставление отметок.

Teacher: Our lesson is over. Thank you for your work. I`ll give 5 to R. and L. because they made a very interesting dialogue. And I'll give 4 to A. because she was active.
