Aims of the lesson:

1. Educational: To work with new words by the text, and to teach speak about Kazakhstan

2. Developing: To develop pupils logical thinking, reading, speaking, listening, and writing skills;

3. Bringing up: To teach protect their own country, to be a patriot of the country.

Duties:

1. To speak about Kazakhstan by heart.

2. To do different tasks

3. To write essay about the theme without difficulties.

Type of the lesson: Explication of new materials

Methods of the lesson: Illustrative, interview, work in pairs

Illustrative materials: diagram, crossword, level cards, interactive board, CD

1. Greeting

2. Check of pupils

3. Divide pupils into 3 groups with square, triangle, diamond ( before teacher must divide these figures about 3-4 parts, then pupils will change one of them and must to find the other part of that figure )

4. Relaxation \ To show the clip of the patriotically song ' Көк тудың желбірегені'\

T: We begin our lesson with this proverb:

'East or West, Home is best'

• Who want to answer for my question? What about this proverb?

• It's about our land, our country.

• That'll do! You are wright. Come to me, then you will be an expert of today's lesson. OK?

• Ok, thank you! You can sit at here, please.

2. The aim of today's lesson is - to know in English language about our country, and to learn speak about it without difficulties, and do different tasks.\2 minute\

3. Introduce the new materials:

Warm - up

Association "Kazakhstan "

I was born and living at this country.For example:

KAZAKHSTAN

is my motherland,

because:

Each group must write the Association about our land on the posters.

Then teacher will ask of groups come to the center of the classroom, and speak about own posters.

Listen the text: 'Kazakhstan is my motherland' for three minutes.

Then:

1. Teacher give papers with different colors for each group where had written information about the theme without the text which they listened.

2. About 2 minute teacher come to the groups and ask to find 5 adjectives, 5 nouns and 5 verbs in it quickly.

3. Each group fond their tasks, then teacher ask to give their words to other group. Then all 3 groups must to make short story about these words.

4. Then teacher check their tasks.

Then, we begin to do our exercises with a good music.

For the1- st group:

1. What can you say about the geographical position of our republic?

2. What countries does it border?

3. What is the capital of KZ?

For the 2 - nd group:

1. What is the population of the country?

2. What can you say about the climate of KZ?

3. What large cities do you know?

For the 3-rd group:

1. Where is republic of Kazakhstan situated?

2. What is size of Kazakhstan?

3. What is the official language of the country?

V. Conclusion of the lesson

A game- 'To make a map'

Teacher give a different figures to groups.

Then each members of groups must answer the question in it and must put on the board, with their color.

VI. Results of the lesson

A game:

A )'Who is a quickly?'

Find these phrases in the text:

1. I summer……

2. Some peoples…

3. Astana is ….

B) 'A hot chair'

This game plays with pupils which are liders in the class.

Two members in groups must make a difficult question about the theme and the person who sits on the

''Hot chair must for 6 questions. If they will not to give an answer for that questions they will left a chair.

VII. Giving a home taskAt home each group will write an essay about the theme: 'My motherland'

VIII. Giving marks \An expert must speak about marks of 3groups and each its members in criterial form. \
