The aims of the lesson:

Educational: to teach pupils to describe their own flats and rooms, to enrich their vocabulary.

Development: to develop pupil` s memory, speaking and thinking abilities.

Bringing up: to bring up the feeling of love towards the family and to take care of their house.

The type of the lesson: presentation of new material

The methods of the lesson: pair - work, work with picture, answer - questions

Aids of the lesson: pictures of the room and the furniture, interactive board.

Grammar material: There is/there isn` t, there are/there aren` t.

Let's begin our lesson. Our today's theme is "Which room do you like?"We are going to speak about the kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and their furniture, to ask and answer the questions, sing a song, play games and so on. As you see we are going to have an interesting lesson today. Today we will have an unusual lesson, a trip lesson. We will have a trip by train and we will have 4 stations.

The first station - Оқушылық станция -5points

The second station - Алгоритмдық станция -10points

The third station- Эвристикалық станция -15points

The fourth station- Шыгармашылық станция -30points

And each station have their tasks, today we must do this tasks.

So, let` s continue our lesson. Are you ready?

I The first station - Оқушылық станция -5points

a)Read the text:

This is my house. It's large and clean. My house consist of 5 rooms. They are a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom.

Talk about bedroom,

living room

a kitchen,

a dining room,

a bathroom. (with help pictures)

b) Match them to the picture.

II The second station - Алгоритмдық станция -10points

What do you do in your room?

1. 1.In the living room…

I read books/ I read newspapers/ I watch TV/I listen to music/I relax with my family/ I play chess.

2.In the kitchen….

I have breakfast, lunch, supper/ I cook dinner/ I wash up/ I drink some lemonade.

3.In the bedroom….

I sleep/ I read books/ I listen to music/ I do my homework.
