Открытое внеклассное мероприятие в 6А классе на неделе английского языка

Цели:

- знакомство с историей Олимпийских игр;

- привитие интереса к здоровому образу жизни;

- воспитание у учащихся интереса к иностранным языкам.

Задачи:

Обучающие:
• повторить, углубить и систематизировать знания учащихся.

• практика в обобщении полученных знаний.

Развивающие:

-Развитие памяти, логики, активности учащегося.

Воспитательные:
• Воспитывать у учащихся интерес к спорту, стремление к здоровому образу жизни, понимание важности занятий спортом для укрепления здоровья, прививать интерес к изучению иностранного языка;
• Воспитывать коллективизм, умение работать с партнером и в группе.

Оборудование урока:
Картинки с видами спорта, бумажные баскетбольные корзины, карточки с заданиями, лексические опоры.
Ход мероприятия:

- Good afternoon boys and girls. Today we continue our work at the theme "Sport and games" and a healthy way of life. Thousands years ago ancient Greeks said: "A sound mind is in a sound body." Millions of people who go in for sports know from their own experience that this famous saying is true.

Today we have a special lesson. We will play the game "Crosses and zeroes" and I'll watch what you have already learnt. Do you like to play games? If you want to take part in this game come to the blackboard. So, we have 10 participants. And now I want you to take out one card from this magic box. Who has crosses, sit at this table and who has zeroes sit at that table. So, we are ready to start. "Crosses", please, open one of the squares.

7. "Basketball". Look at the blackboard, here you can you see 2 paper basketball baskets. On the first basket there is a sign "Kinds of sport" and on the second one there is a sign "Sport equipments". Instead of ball you will throw into the baskets appropriate words, according to the sign.
