Цель: - развитие коммуникативных умений и навыков.

Задачи: - повторить изученный материал;

- совершенствовать полученные знания;

- развивать навыки говорения, артистизм;

- воспитывать уважение к изучаемому языку, к стране, к своей Родине, к сверстникам.

Оборудование: - сцена с необходимым оснащением (стол, стулья, экран, приветственные плакаты, рекламный буклет, мультимедийное сопровождение);

- видовые картинки-изображения с. Толька, помещённые на экран компьютера.

Ход мероприятия.

Начало. Слово учителя.

Новая жизнь зарождается в любви. Если новый человек ведом любовью, на его пути нет ненависти, страха, предательства.

Человек, умеющий любить, способен созидать. Созидатель - не разрушитель. Любовь начинается с семьи, с дома, в котором живёшь, села, где этот дом находится. Мы любим Тольку, нашу малую Родину и хотим поделиться этой любовью с вами.

Welcome to Tolka.

1. Сцена «В Лондоне». Пятеро учащихся за столиком обсуждают планы на предстоящий отпуск.

Каждая фраза переводится на русский язык.

Презентация 1 с достопримечательностями Лондона. Смена изображений в течение разговора.

London

-Well, gentlemen, I think it is high time to think about holidays.

- It is the very thing I have been thinking about. Why not to spend a month together?

- To tell the truth I am sick and tired of London. Really, let"s go somewhere. Got any ideas?

- Well, what do you think about going to Australia or New Zealand? Ecology is all right, exotic animals and plants. Ocean, hot sandy beaches, waterskiing, serfing.

- Sounds great, but I have already been to New Zealand. What about the USA? It is a land of physical contrasts. Practically every climate in the world is represented. Heavy forests, large deserts, high mountains, deep canyons, rivers, lakes, oceans.

- Aren't you tired of the USA? Americans are friendly but they are too noisy. I'd like to find something quieter and less civilized. Have you got anything against Africa? Safari parks, hunting, lions, camels, elephants, monkeys. You'll see the morning of civilization.

- Don't you think it's a bit dangerous to go to Africa? To face a lion at large? No, it's not for me. South America, that's the thing! Rainy forests, big rivers. Flora and faune is not worse than in Africa.

- May I say a word?

- What's that, darling?

-Let's go to Russia.

-What? Russia? Do you really want to meet bears walking in the streets?

-As far as I know they have president Медведев by name. And no other bears in the cities.

- Clever boy! You know, there is something in it. I think we should go to a traveling agency and get some information.

Сцена 2 «В агентстве путешествий». Джентльмены ведут беседу с секретаршей.

At the Travelling Agency.

• Good morning, madam! Good morning!

• Good morning, gentlemen! What can I do for you?

• We would like to get some information about Russia?

• Russia? Oh, it's a great country. And Russians are a great nation. They think and act big. You may have a look at these magazines and adverts. What part of the country are you interested in? We can offer you all kinds of leasure. If you are keen on architecture you may visit our old cities Moscow and St.Petersburg.

• For Goodness sake, no large cities for me. Heavy traffic, noise, croweded streets, people rushing to and fro… If you live in London, you understand me.

• Nature is very beautiful in Russia. Like America we have practically all climatic zones. What about the rest at the seaside? Our healthresorts are famous all over the world. You may have a good rest and improve your health.

• I don't want to look like a big black monkey. It's harmful to expose your skin to the sun. Cancer? That's not the thing I've dreamt about.

• Just imagine me lying on a beach and people jumping over my head.

• What about climbing mountains?

• Look at me! Am I a fool to spend my holidays climbing mountains?

• Well, you are difficult people to deal with? How do you imagine the place you would like to go to?

• River, fishing, not very hot.

• The less people the better.

• Don't forget about ecology! Healthy food. And something exotic to add.

• I'd like to see where Russian bear-cubs study.

• Let me see. I know a place which will suit you perfectly. River, fishing, few people, healthy food, exotica and a new school.

• And where is this wonderful place?

• There is a remote village in the North with a poetic name - Tolka.

• How can we get there?

• You are lovers of exotica. You can get there only by helicopter or plane. Not Boing, of course. Презентация с фотографиями природы и посёлка.

Сцена 3. «В аэропорту». At the AIRPORT

• Welcome to Tolka!

• Let me introduce myself. I'm your guide. My name is… Let's go sightseeing. Уч-ся 7 класса рассказывают о Тольке, последний кадр - новая школа).

• Oh, I see the director of the new school! Would you like to ask a few questions?

• Oh, yes! Certainly!

• How do you feet about new school?

• To say that I am happy is to say nothing.

I've just fallen in love with it and I am proud that I am the first director of the new school.

-Can you say that the new school corresponds to all modern requirements?

- More than that. It's one of the best schools in Russia. Modern equipment, modern design. There is place for lessons, relaxation, extracurricular activity.

- Do you think studying at new school will influence children?

- If I were in there shoes it would be a great stimulus for me. They will have opportunity to get a good education. I believe their manners will change for the better too.

- I want to study at this school.

- But, darling! All best English schools are open for you, Efon, Harrow, why Tolka?

Сцена 4. Экскурсия. На экране изображения с видами посёлка Толька.

Сцена 5. Реклама Тольки. На экране презентация с рекламой, с изображениями родного посёлка, учащиеся зачитывают текст с переводом. Ведущие раздают гостям памятные буклеты о Тольке.

Заключение. В конце звучит песня в исполнении Илоны Паращук о родном посёлке Толька. (аплодисменты и прощание)
